By completing the strategic healthcare planning course, the three main lessons learned include the mission, goals, and values of the healthcare strategy, the planning functions of the health care management with external orientation, and the internal and external environment strategy formulation and calculation.

According to Ginter et al. (2018), the healthcare organization's success is highly dependent on the different methods of strategies used in the healthcare sector. In completing the strategic planning healthcare course, I shall evaluate the main building blocks of strategic planning, including external and internal assessments, formulation of strategies, and strategic planning ( Perera & Peiro, 2012) . Also, I should be able to demonstrate the main principles of strategic planning and identify current trends and issues that affect strategic planning in the health care sector.
The pre-course and post-course reflections related to the subject of strategic planning in healthcare include an introduction to the course, a review of the course syllabus, and an overview of strategic planning in healthcare, complete online classes, and discussions. Also, the post-course reflections include the understanding of the processes of strategic management and the relationship between management and leadership with strategic management ( Ginter et al., 2018) . Also, I should develop skills that will enable one to lead in a healthcare organization or any related field. Finally, another post-course reflection includes one being able to understand why healthcare organizations should engage in strategic planning, thinking, and management in developing effective healthcare plans in the organization.
