The Clery Act

Based on the U.S Department of Education Clery Act Compliance, it is beneficial to enforce the necessary laws and regulations to govern students' movements and activities. It involves setting key penalties towards the colleges and universities to enhance their compliance levels to the set provisions. However, I was made aware of the institution's annual reports though they did not possess clear distinctive rules to govern the school. They must ensure that they periodically get to publish annual reports that help determine the prospective of the students and the employees (Janosik & Gregory, 2009). Also, the colleges and universities have to document every crime in their institutions through proper record keeping. They should also engage in disclosing all the injustices occurring in the schools, which lead to discomfort. The colleges and universities ought to have a campus emergency response team that seeks to attend to all the arising matters. Having to gather all the data concerning the institutions' federal law will actively help promote the needed safety through proper addressing of reports.

Shay's rebellion

In the Northern Massachusettes, the farmers experience the challenge of having debts which they couldn't manage to pay from their living conditions. Daniel Shay, therefore, decides to lead an attack to demand their tax reliefs at the local courthouse. They also sympathized with the Massachusettes not to capture the rebels for military benefits even though they had the debts. Together with his followers, the Shay attacks did not justify all their intentions since they were not heard due to the barriers imposed by the Massachusetts governments (Feer, 1969). Having the movement, Shay and his team sought to protect the rights of exemption from the high tax burden, and they couldn't manage to pay. They were also seeking freedom of movement where they don't surface the challenge of being captured for military benefits by the government in control.

Fishing Regulations

Through sustainability, the government seeks to regulate the means through which the fishermen get to fish in the water bodies. It helps to keep most of the fish species secure and available for future generations. Therefore, the government has to regulate fishing since it significantly helps to act as a source of food, income, and nourishment to the state. When it fails to regulate the processes, it subjects the fishermen into ultimate misuse, thus making the species extinct. It is very necessary to interfere with the income of the people who get it from the common goods since it helps determine the future state if there are extinction and poor accessibilities.

Fuel Alternatives

It argues that ethanol acquired from corn has adverse benefits by being environmentally friendly in society. Despite the negative effects on the economy, it is still a benefit to have a fossil fuel that does not pollute the environment.

I believe that ethanol used as a fuel can be acquired from corn, easily available when planted, and harvested in the cornfields.

Celiac Disease and Gluten Allergies

The wheat products popular amongst the people have been altered by using chemicals, certain additives, and techniques to help increase the overall yield in the farms. Also, from the additives being used, they are the body's digestion and food synthesis, whose impacts become negative by causing diseases and allergies.

I think that society, mostly those in industrial farming, needs to avoid the chemicals, additives, and techniques that could lead to the conditions. They should focus more on saving lives by processing products on public benefits to the human health system.

Early Academics Debate

The second paragraph refutes the first passage's claims by arguing that the children should not be given academic homework since they tend to alter their growth and development systems. The children must play and socialize more with one another rather than listen and work quality from the academic classes.

I conclude that children need to undergo the best academic experience to exercise their knowledge and skills more. Spending time playing and socializing tends to make them lazy with the school assignments, which are part of their education framework.
