First, various companies can use technology to enhance the better preparation of their workers to increase quality service delivery and to generate new business ( Frey, & Osborne 2017). For instance, an organization dealing with delivery services can decide to train their employees in the usage of computers to enable them to access their customers online or on their websites. Also, with the computer knowledge, the organization can manipulate to start another business of online marketing. 

Second, the application of the New Technology can lead to a reduction of the training cost on newly hired staff in different geographical places. For one to apply technology means that he or she has to train first. The company workers or trainers of the new employees from different parts of the country can apply the skills learned to use technology thus training their new workers using online classes. The online training prevents the traveling and housing costs of those people traveling from far places. Lastly, the current companies employ contingent employees who can work as part-timers, and this is only possible through technology which enhances online working (Tondeur, Braak, & Scherer 2016). 

The trainers in the field of new technologies need to possess some skills to enhance their futures success. The capabilities include: first, they need to have the ability of adaptability which enables them to adapt to change. The change represents technology, and since it is not constant, the trainers also can cope up and familiarize with the present technology before training people. Second, ever trainer should possess the skill of critical thinking which enhances one to look at things from different perspectives. For instance, technology can get manipulated to carry out a lot of activities hence the importance of the skill mentioned earlier. Lastly, empathy skill enables the trainer to listen to and respect the ability of his or her trainees which ends up building a good relationship between them.
