Other similarities in this section are in sections such as “Sergeants Time Training (STT),” “Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills,” “Physical Readiness Training (PRT)” “Unit Collective Training (UCT),” “Unit Training Plans,” and “ Mission Readiness Exercises (MRX),” among others.
The 419th can meet the MICC intents by identifying and coming up with MC DOTMLPF resolutions. It can then integrate and synchronize the means to deliver MC competences to achieve the AMCS deliberated conclusions. Using this approach, it can serve to integrate and synchronize MC endeavor of running and institutional forces. It can focus on the individuals as opposed to paying much attention to technology as they determine MICC. 419 th can develop better language and wording to communicate its functions and objectives rather than using similar phrases like those of the MICC. It can produce an improved and enhanced document template that would make it unique and can help to set itself apart from the MICC.
