Executive coaching has turned out to be an investment that is consistently yielding heightening returns on investment for organization. Not long ago, it was reported that corporate America paid more than $1 billion annually to invest in executive coaching for its leaders. This could only take place if executive coaching is practical and is worth investing on (Rekalde, Landeta, Albizu, & Fernandez-Ferrin, 2017; Meyer, 2016). Currently, the concentration has been intensified, not in spending millions of dollars on professional advancement to improve aspects of performance for employees not dedicated to glamorous leadership, but rather devoting much in high promising employees (Bozer & Joo, 2015). This current paper is going to explore the advantages that executive coaching has in corporate America. 

Business gurus who engage with executive coach can find this beneficial since they will be getting a skilled accountability partner who helps them with effective leadership and mentorship. According to Meyer (2016), an executive coach is so instrumental to help the business leaders demonstrate optimal performance, and develop their career, as well as recognize blind spots and barriers to the progress of their organization. Leaders may not identify some of the roadblocks to successful businesses except they are guided and informed (Bozer, Joo, & Santora, 2015). Jones, Woods and Guillaume (2014) explained that executive coaching is a mutual relationship that will exist between the leader and the coaching person. Executive coaching can be a fundamental section of a learning organization and that is the reason many entities in corporate America are entertaining it. Exemplary people are supposed to have sensitive technical skills and abilities that enables them to execute strong leadership, tenure, and responsible behaviors. Passmore (2015) determined that whenever business leaders spearhead performance from the point of leadership, proprietorship, and accountability, they are better placed to come up with workable decisions. They successfully interact with and lead teams, and offer world-class service to customers (De Haan, Burger, Grant, Dini, Per-Olof, Man-Mul, & Voogd, 2014). Therefore, business leaders would love to attain long-standing success through the contributions of an executive coach to their systems. 

Modeling Leadership from the Front 

Executive coaching in corporate America shapes the responsibility one has to personal advancement, and portrays a great scenario for the subordinates in an institution. The executive coach helps the CEO in the modeling process of the subordinates (Bozer & Joo, 2015). It will indicate that the CEO as the head of the company is excited to acquire new skills and dimensions for individual growth and for the advancement of the organization (Rekalde et al., 2017). It can put the CEO in a position where he discovers new methods of attaining the aimed goals for the organization. The leader of the organization can recognize and utilize the strengths of each team member and incorporate the team’s potentials with the mission of the company.

When a CEO of an organization performs well, it will reflect in the general performance of the organization. The executive coaching program for the leaders of an organization will definitely enhance their ability and effectiveness (Grant, 2014). Furthermore, Reiss (2015) elaborated that with the efficient coaching; the leaders can establish a health and more constructive work culture that spreads in the entire organization and further improve their productivity. The corporate leaders learn the art of motivating the subordinates into productive delivery of services. The employees will adopt a creative culture, which will make them have outstanding results in the organization. They are taught on how to be focused and deal with challenges as well as loopholes at their onset.

The concentration of executive coaching is on what is significant. The choices of strategies is in what can support the leader in coming up with inspired decisions that under normal circumstances cannot be thought (O’Neil, Hopkins, & Bilmoria, 2015) . Executive coaching enables the CEO to achieve clarity and cause one to develop strategies to alleviate interruptions and concentrate on steps that align the team members with the business vision, mission, values and goals (Grant, 2014). Therefore, the corporate America invests heavily on executive coaching since the members of an organization are encouraged to engage in projects that push them forward. The employees in the organization alongside their leader stay abreast with the newest trends in the business fraternity and still possess a competitive advantage (David, 2016). Empowered decision making which is enabled through executive coaching makes an organization to stay relevant by maintaining pace with the contemporary world (Bozer, Joo, & Santora, 2015). Executive coaching supports the business leader in most organizations in America to identify and learn new and innovative tactics and systems that make them stay noticeable in the market. 

Effective Communication and Feedback 

The secret to assessing performance in an organization is the way truthful feedback is received. There can be no better manner to receive quality feedback of individual or organizational performance that utilizing executive coaching tools and techniques (Sonesh, Coultas, Lacerenza, Marlow, Benishek, & Salas, 2015) . Effective communication in an entity is one of the fundamental areas, which can be utilized by businesses to attain their aims and goals. With executive coaching programme, a CEO is educated on how to improve their communication skills (MacKie, 2014). As a result, the businesses will be successful, as they will have the capacity to communicate their messages and viewpoints in a better and an informed manner, leaving no chance for uncertainties and misperceptions. Employees from varied cultures can be find a good environment to interact with their colleagues and contribute to the organization accordingly and in a harmonious way. 

Driving Results and Organizational Modifications 

One of the central advantages of executive coaching is the ability to attain quantifiable outcomes that can amount to organizational shifts. Executive coaching can help corporate leaders with motivating a change from a culture of working at the last minute to that of creation of sustainable and consistent processes (Gray, Gabriel, & Goregaokar, 2015). Executive coaching is also helpful while initiating employee engagement, from non-structured communication to enriched collaboration. It enables the employees of organizations not to fear consequences of forming a secure space for risk-taking, and from concentrating on weaknesses of employees but recognizing and lifting their strengths (Bozer, Joo, & Santora, 2015). The corporate leaders shift from solving all the challenges and issues to empowering the subordinate employees to tackle and prevent their problems. The corporate leader learns not to be the sole source of endorsement to being a defender of collaboration and solution. 

In conclusion, it is plausible for the corporate America invest many funds in executive coaching. The benefits of executive coaching to several organizations cannot be undermined. Without executive coaching, the corporate leaders miss out of effective and enhanced performance of the subordinates and the organization as a whole. The devotion to executive coaching could allow growth and success to an organization that far prevail over the initial investment. Therefore, executive coaching should be embraced in all organizations to guarantee relevance in this modern world of business. Executive coaching motivates creativity and innovation, which are very critical in the contemporary times of dynamism.
