Needs Rank: Physiological= 1, Safety=1, Belonging = 2, Esteem = 2, Self-Actualization = 1
The analysis of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the self-insight assessments have led to the conclusion that my needs are only averagely met. Among the various needs, the highest score on needs is on physiological; apart from enough foods and quality health, having enough sleep has been a critical inefficiency, with deprivation spreads for days, affecting future operations. Also, the level of salary is not efficient, which is a key physiological need (Daft, 2015).
My safety needs are somehow only partly met; on a physical scale by the possession of a place of stay, the future is not as secure as I wish for the realization of desired safety. Despite the need for a quality life, the possession of enough savings ranks among the key desires, not only for the undertaking of other future projects but also for sustainability. Healthwise, the indulgence in exercise has acted as a form of ensuring the safety my health, useful in doing subsequent tasks. Also, for the need in being safe in future, taking in more lessons, investing and seeking out opportunities acts as some of the measures I plan in ensuring safety needs.

The second most met needs entail the belonging and social needs. Firstly, I have a loving and supportive family, friends and partner. Since, I am guided by family values, and have teams I rely on and colleagues; I feel well and happy often. The self-esteem needs have also been partly met, due to the fact for continuous improvement. At the moment, the confidence and passion for life are at a higher level compared to a year ago. Finally, at the moment, I don’t think my self-actualization needs have been met. As explained by Sprouts (2017) video, attaining self-actualization is characterized by being relaxed, accepting facts and giving back. Personally, although Maslow gives five needs (Daft, 2015), I need to follow and pursue the desires continuously to attain self-actualization at the peak.
