The experiences, aptitude and attitudes of an adult learner are factors that motivate the learner. Adults have lived longer and have had life experiences that drove them to choose that field of learning. These experiences, aptitude, and attitude towards education motivate them to work smart and take their studies well. Adult learners are likely to connect their past experiences to the new concepts they are learning and validate them based on their prior learning (Fenwick & Tennant, 2004) . Adult learners take their time to choose to attend school, which is motivated by their life experiences, attitudes, and aptitude. Since attending school is a personal choice for adult learners, it is easier for them to enhance their job skills and attain professional growth and advancement. The past experiences and attitudes motivate them to take their studies seriously as they know how the skills they are to gain are essential in their work line.
A teacher needs to familiarize himself with his adult learners' personality because he will understand how to relate to each of the class's learners. I believe that the way a teacher connects with adult learners is different from how they relate with regular learners. Each of the adult learners has had different experiences over the years, which has impacted their attitudes and aptitudes, which affects their general view of things. Understanding each of the adult learners' personality in a classroom will help a teacher understand to which extent should he go above and beyond as learning continues (Lieb & Goodlad, 2005) . The teacher will have an easier time selecting the strategic teaching methods that he will incorporate that will help him engage with all the learners. Adult learners draw on their own experiences as they learn, and familiarizing themselves with the learners' personality will help the teacher have a more engaging experience with the learners.
