The firm needs to add three more employees in May 2021 to help alleviate the workload current employees experience. Looking at the shift schedule, the employees are alternating between shifts where they are working long hours (Tony, n.d). Having additional employees will reduce their workload and help increase the output of the employees.
The firm should also look into creating a better budget system for the firm. A budget system is essential as it will help inform all decisions made in the firm, thus increasing efficiency and company success. Management should look into creating an improved employee training system. The existing employee training tracking sheet shows little information on the training system (Tony, n.d). Having a detailed system helps management realize what employees are equipped at handling while also identifies areas of improvement. Employees who get better training are more efficient and act as an asset to the firm. Management should come up with a more in-depth employee monthly performance review. Effective performance reviews help management assess employees and offer appropriate feedback, thus improving the employees’ outcomes in the organizations. Management should also look into forward planning regarding its project timeliness, assign back ups, and company goals. Adopting this strategy will help meet the firm’s goals and realize its success.

It is also paramount for management to incorporate weekly/monthly meetings in the firm. These meetings will help facilitate discussions on the status of projects and any issues or complications in the workplace.
