An Easels painting is a mid-size painting that is painted on easels ( Boase, 2015). Kids have a young mind and nurturing or mentoring them starts with the small activities they participate in and in different setups. The setups could be their homes, schools or other social places where they interact with each other or spend most of their time as their mind is bound to expand and become creative depending on the issues they are fed with at their early stages ( Boase, 2015) . Easel paintings by kids are one of the activities that never get old or outdated as most of the kids have to pass through this stage. This stage brings out the creativity and the innovation in the kid's mind and therefore helping them become analyzed and have a tag for their way of thinking through linking them with the paintings they make ( Boase, 2015) . The kids paint whatever they encounter mostly in their basic setups, and that is homes and schools, and this is why it is important to introduce this program at the early age of the kids either at homes or in schools and having someone to analyze the project as this boosts their way of thinking early.

This project requires materials before it kicks off. Some of the materials that would be necessary to ignite and propel the project are art room, adjustable easels, frames, tables, desks, brushes, accessories, glitter glue, art sketch and gift kits, drawing papers, and sketchbooks. Availability of all these materials would make the program self-sustainable as some of the materials are durable and hence make the long run cost low. This would make sure that the kids have an avenue of expressing what is in their mind as well as linking their paintings with the environment showing their creativity and attentiveness.

Ways Kids easels painting allows the children to express themselves

Painting stimulates children brain and makes them active as they concentrate and think what to paint and hence making them have an active mind which helps in different aspects of life and most importantly in grasping concepts in schools and improved general reasoning in their homes ( Kanopy Firm, 2016) .

One of the ways painting helps children express themselves is when they are stressed or angry ( Kanopy Firm, 2016) . A kids mind is not able to hide the feeling they have, and therefore a kid who participates in painting will automatically express their feeling through the painting they make and the seriousness they attach to them. For example, when a kid is angry as they tend to draw or make funny writing as a way of trying to relieve the anger through the brush strokes. This is because they are not in control and you can sometimes find them drawing lines with no direction or angrily, and this helps in indicating they have something disturbing them and hence calling for attention.

Kids also use easels painting to express what they feel or value most in their lives ( Kanopy Firm, 2016) . Most of the time the fast paintings that kid makes is that of his family that is parents, siblings, teacher or their pet and this shows the level of attachment they have to whatever they paint. This begins to be clear because they are normally very committed to make such drawings and show them to their friends, family or someone who they have a special attachment to and they are free to express themselves around him or her.

Four selves and how kid’s easels painting benefited them

Social: The society is dynamics and keeps changing. This, therefore, leads to an evolution of new things in the world and some of the old things are archived. The best way to archive and have a future reference of the abandoned trends is through paintings as the paintings capture the exact form of a situation, item and link it with the environment and hence giving it a sense of attachment and creating interest both in the present and the future ( Léger, 2013) . The kids also use paintings to attach their life to something, and when they grow up, they use the paintings as a form of attachment and socially making them feel how the society was and will be because they can link the paintings with what is on the ground.

Emotional: Emotions are also best expressed through paintings ( Léger, 2013) . As earlier said kids could express their feelings through drawing and it is very easy to know the mood of a kid through the painting they draw. This is used as a tool to put forward or explain something that is wrong in the kid's mind and therefore helping the adults create an avenue and help the kid recover from whatever they are experiencing.

Cognitive: The act of cognition can be rated through paintings as it triggers or stimulates the grains and pushes the kids to paint whatever they see, feel or have a contact within any of their setups ( Léger, 2013) . This also triggers the brain to be creative and making them active in other activities they participate in because they are exposed to situations where they think hard and become creative and hence boosting their way of thinking or view towards some issues.

Physical: Physical salve has benefited from paintings as different kids will have a different view of a physical or an existing item and hence showing the diversity or the view towards that thing. This is also used as a point of correction as there is always a standard or a point of reference where all the kids can be corrected and guided in respect to their drawings and hence sharpening their skills little by little. This also makes the kids physical fitness become storing as they can link their real life and the imaginary or the expected life and hence adjusting accordingly and making them change their physical behaviors.

Four things I would say or do intended to make the project creative for the children.

To make the project creative for the kids, I would tell them that the best or the winning painting will be awarded a gift. I would also encourage the ones that are not so creative and make them feel that they are progressing and that with time they will have sharpened their skills like their friends. I would organize contests or programs where the kids would participate from different levels and interact to express their creativity and help trigger their minds making them view painting differently and hence attaching some value to it. I would encourage children to link with their parents and be guided in making pains as this would help them become corrected and also encourage sharing ideas and make them challenged developing the zeal to do even better.
