The Beveridge health care model is the one that is the best suited for the United States of America. The Beveridge model refers to the situation whereby the health care of a country is financed from the taxes that its residents pay hence making the provision of medical services to be free of charge ( Sheingold & Hahn, 2014) . It has always been the wish of each successive government in the USA that each American gets access to quality health care services and at the minimal cost possible. The country can only achieve the desire through replacing its current health care model which is based on the different classes that the individuals within the society belong to with the Beveridge one. The adoption of the latter model will ensure that there is no bias when it comes to health care provision by the practitioners in the field as the whole industry will be streamlined into a way that it becomes the same. Thus, the issue of financially challenged patients missing out prompt medical care due to health care practitioners giving preference to affluent sick people will come to a halt immediately the proposed health care model is adopted and put into usage.

The Beveridge model will also allow the country’s government of the day to check and regulate the quality of health care that is accorded to its citizens by the various health care providers ( De Chesnay & Anderson, 2019) . The contemporary health care model of the USA has it is constituted greatly prevents the government from having control over the way it operates. The limitations are enhanced by the fact that the health care model requires a lot of finances for it to be operated and also its operation is a bit complicated ( Health Care Systems - Four Basic Models, n.d.) . In the event where the government embraces the Beveridge model as the official health care system that will be used in the country, the above-illustrated challenges will turn out to be a thing of the past.
