Brief Paragraph  This speech by Helen Clark calls for better humanitarian response to disasters that happens around the world. Clark notes that humanitarian relief budgets are under strain, and the best way to deal with disasters is reducing vulnerability, risk management, and increasing resilience. This will help address the underlying reasons that cause many individuals to require humanitarian assistance. This message is meant for not only nation representatives in the summit but also national leaders. It is their responsibility to ensure that vulnerability to risks, such as natural disasters are reduced, and the risks are appropriately managed. This will help reduce the number of individuals who require humanitarian aid due to fewer casualties and lower budgets of humanitarian assistance. The emphasis on taking responsibility makes this message powerful, as so much can be done to protect individuals from vulnerability from disasters. UNDP is a global program that focuses on improving the lives of every individual regardless of age, class, culture, race, or origin. It concentrates on handling problems that affect the majority in the world, such as disasters.

International Communication for Spreading Hate

Shithole Countries (Akio, 2018)

URL  https://theintercept.com/2018/06/28/trump-tps-shithole-countries-lawsuit/
Brief Paragraph  In a meeting with congressional leaders, Trump referred to some countries from Africa and other regions as shithole countries. These comments were racists and based on white supremacy. Trump is the president of the most powerful country in the world, and his remarks are relevant to the international community. The target audience was the US Congress and the “shitty countries.” The content of this message is racist and propagates white supremacy. This message was not supported by the international communities, which condemned his remarks and the white house, particularly due to the immigration legislation. This was followed by ending TPS for the “shithole countries,” which shows that this was not done because of policies but was driven by racism against people who are not white. Such information is a disgrace to the international community, in a time where huge steps are being made to fight racism and inequality in the society. This content applies to diverse groups in the international community as the fight for racism and inequality in society is a global effort. The human rights agencies are the most interested in this message due to their unending fight against discrimination.

Ethnic Cleansing (Ethnic Cleansing, 2002)

URL  https://www.splcenter.org/fighting-hate/intelligence-report/2002/games-extremists-play
Brief Paragraph  This is a video game developed for MS windows by white supremacists and funded by the National Alliance. It is a single-player shooting game where the player can assume the role of Klansman or neo-Nazi and has to complete a mission of killing people from non-white races, such as Africans, Jews, and Mexicans. The main message of this game is white supremacy by extremists in the US. The game targets white gamers who are racists and believes in white supremacy. They probably enjoy killing the non-whites, just as they would like to have a whites-only world. This game sends a powerful message about what white supremacists think and how they poorly rank non-white, particularly in the 21 st century. The content of this game targets both whites and blacks, although the blacks are the victims, and the whites are superior.
