A child is born with a unique set genetic characteristics but is also a learning being who begins to change and adapt to the environment immediately after birth. This means that two children raised in exactly the same way can turn out very differently. This makes parentage a remarkable set of guesswork that continues until a child grows up. Yet to most normal parents, this set of guesswork forms the most important obligation they will ever undertake. They, therefore, try their best to draw from every available source of information possible with their own upbringing being a prime one. It is, therefore, only normal and natural to draw from this internalized source whether knowingly or unknowingly. Culture will play a crucial role in this, so will the things that the active parents believe the parents should have done, or should not have done. The kind of a parent one is, therefore, has a great impact on the kind of parent that person’s children will become.
