Many researchers have focused on the factors influencing obese women and its effects on their bodies. Jacubowicz et al. are examples of such researchers. The scientific study in this article dwells on the transition in the meal timing that entails the shift between breakfast and dinner with high calories and their impacts on with suffering from overweight and obesity. Metabolic syndrome has contributed to several abnormalities, such as intestinal obesity, glucose intolerance, high blood pressure, and other cardiovascular diseases. The research aims at confirming and correcting this problem among women. The observation in the scientific research is similar to the reflection on the article by Fraize since the researchers concluded that taking foods with high cholesterol such as chocolate aids in the reduction of weight and prevention of obesity among women.

The scientist experimented and came up with a simple hypothesis. Women consuming foods with high calories are likely to prevent the act of craving for snacks throughout the day leading to the prevention of overweight and obesity among women. A high intake of cholesterol in the morning reduces weight (Fraize, 2016). The news article also presented the scientists' hypothesis since the author used chocolate as an example of a food with high calories taken in the morning to reduce weight among women.

The scientists applied a study design known as randomized, open ‐ label, and parallel ‐ arm to measure the extent of the prevention of overweight and obesity. The participants were majorly obese and women with overweight in the age ranging from 30 ‐ 57 and 38 -52 years, with the metabolic condition enlisted from outpatient health centers (Jakubowicz et al., 2013). They were mainly interviewed and accepted to take part in the study. The meal plans applied contained high calories and was taken during breakfast and lunch and the inclusion of daily energies. The scientist supplied participants with different food choices to observe the differences within 12 weeks after the study. They performed the tolerance test after two weeks of study. Proteins such as Grilled Chicken breasts, Light Tuna, Skim milk, and beef broth soup, Carbohydrates such as whole- wheat bread and fats such as basil and mozzarella salad were availed for the study (Jakubowicz et al., 2013). The dietitian collected the results biweekly through interviews and records. The scientists further recorded weight of the body, blood pressure, and waist circumference biweekly. The blood sample and records of the tests were collected to determine the real results of the study after analysis. There was no research conducted by the author of the media article but provided examples of the studies conducted by the same scientists, Jakubowicz, from the scientific article under investigation.

The scientists found out that there was a decrease in the variation due to the shift in the meal size among the participants. Non-compliance diet showed no difference between the cohorts and no linkage with weight and Body Mass Index (Jakubowicz et al., 2013). Participants also dropped out of the study due to difficulty in adhering to instructions. Bodyweight, waist circumference, and blood pressure significantly decreased. The two groups showed resemblances in, total fat, HDL, LDL ‐ C, and other concentrations. The cholesterol in the body also decreased after 12 weeks. Overall there was a sign of weight loss and the number of obese women. The news article reported a decrease in weight and cases of obesity among people taking high cholesterol in the morning.

The study further found that the intake of the sane calories throughout the day led to the shift in the body weight and glycerin response among the group. The news interpreted the study correctly since it aimed at the realization of the reduced body weight and prevention of obese cases among women.

Conclusively, the news article was a representation of the scientific investigation since the author gave examples from the investigation by the leading scientist, Jacubowicz. The news reporter failed to experiment but only gave an example of the research that supports his claim. The intake of High-calorie nutriments after sunrise during breakfast reduces loss of weight and prevent obesity.
