The article majors on immigration policies and how the same has had an impact on the employment and wages for the United Kingdom natives in the recent past. It has worked to explore the nature of immigration and the feasibility between the natures available to creating employment forms with many concerns being raised over the current standings between the employment rates of the natives and the immigrants who are now competing for jobs in the United Kingdom making it a need to come up and create the need to harbor and bring about deficits in the employment systems. The article is taken as a keen insight on whether these immigrants have the qualifications and the rights to have these jobs at the expense of the natives who are seemingly giving an outcry of the natives taking what rightfully should belong to them. Thus, the creation of these aspects helps to build on better grounds for the analysis which builds the greater aspect within the confines of creativity and professionalism over the basic want and need basis. As such, by getting to explore these aspects, there are better forms created to harness the particular forms of employment virtues that hand out specified forms to deserving people.

The research was conducted since with the influx of immigrants to the United Kingdom and them having to take up on many available jobs, there was an uneasy feeling by the natives that these immigrants took what they deserved and thus, it rendered them useless and unemployed. Therefore, the research was conducted to assess the true nature of these allegations and to acclimate on whether the acts of these immigrants getting jobs was due to their ability to work or because they were just handed out free jobs. Furthermore, it was done to compare the qualification rates among the natives and the immigrants. The objectives and desired outcomes of the research were to be able to assess effectively on whether the aspect of professionalism was exploited and whether the nature of natives believing that these employment opportunities in their country belonged to them more than those who deserved the jobs with their qualifications. In as much as the native employment margin kept growing even with immigrants getting jobs the natives still felt locked out and thus, the research was to solve the issue effectively. With focus on the Long-Term International Migration series which gives estimates of immigration and net migration flows, an analysis of the effectiveness of immigration to the income is set out and explored better. Thus, to be able to create better research, the mixed method approach was used while using data from the statistics office and the Long-Term International Migration series, the labor force survey and the annual survey of hours to be able to effectively derive the desired results for the survey.

It was concluded that immigration did not directly mess with wages but instead played major roles in bringing out the poor-quality jobs with limited training opportunities and more reliance on the low skill low pay jobs. The author recommended that the research brought in factors that reflected the macroeconomic environment to give better clarity on the way forward for wage and employment impacts. The program that would be better evaluated and recommended would be a software firm that hires many professionals from immigrants because of the fact that they qualify for these job posts, especially in IT. Thus, there will be better forms of approach within their qualifications. The recommendation for these evaluations is so that there can be a clear differentiated nature between these immigrants and the natives.
