The video on “ Did You Know 3.0 ” analyzes of the changes that have occurred in the recent past that have had an impact on human life. The age of the internet has made human life information based on information spreading at a fast rate ( VideoShredHead, 2012) . Social media has increased the rate at which people across the globe interact with one another and information is spread ( Doppelt, 2017) . The rate at which information is spreading and getting developed means that information is becoming outdated at the same rate. People today can access the internet at a cheaper rate as compared to the past. These devices are also becoming outdated as more sophisticated devices are developed ( Cummings, Bridgman, & Brown, 2016)

The implications are that the world has to be open to the change for it to be effective. The reason for the acceptance of the change is the lack of resistance from different sectors of society. For example, both the producers welcomed the emergence of the online music market and the consumers, which explains the high rate at which the technology was embraced ( Doppelt, 2017) . One of the reasons for the spread of modern changes such as the use of smartphone and other devices is due to affordability. The internet and the devices to access it has been released to the market at an accessible price ( Lozano, Ceulemans, & Seatter, 2015) . The only challenge is that some sectors may remain behind leading to some damaging outcomes. For example, the widespread use of technology needs to be accompanied by measures to prevent misuse of such technologies such as the illegal downloading of music. The implications are that the fast development of technology has not been accompanied by ethical practice and regulations to protect the interests of artists in society.
