This makes it very challenging considering that the cognitive ability of students vary greatly and ,thus, a teacher has to come up with strategies to get to each student’s level, assess their individual needs, plan learning objectives, implement the lessons, assess the performance of the students while making sure to attain the main goal of the school. Basically, looking at the kind of tactics that teachers come up with, it is undoubtedly that teaching is not only a profession but also a mission.

Shelby believes in control. He let them know that he cared and specifically took individual time to teach basics to some students who were challenged. He tested the students individually and took time to reteach some students who were still not comprehending.
Lindsey’s style was different. She understood that most students found schooling boring and some actually had given up about learning because their grades were constantly low. She, hence, planned her lessons objectives such that students could comprehend the things that appeared to have no sense to them (Guggenheim, 2013, 9.54). She taught the foundation of algebra and engaged them in using algebra kits to come up with solutions.
In conclusion, it is clear that teaching is not just a profession but also a mission. The fact that teachers find satisfaction when their students succeed make them unique and most important individuals. Teachers explicitly take time to assess the individual needs of students, plan the lesson objectives and come up with ways of implementing them while ensuring that each student requirements are catered for. This makes it very crucial to appreciate and support them in every way because they contribute greatly to the lives of the students.
