The purpose of the project previously reported and reviewed was to analyze the need for technological change within the company. The reviewed change concerned the use of software in the company in various work areas. The software programs under review were the COTS and non-COTS. The Commercial off the Shelf Software are products that are useful in the replacement of proprietary systems. The project also emphasized on the viability of FAACI using the Honey Badger, LLC Consultation in carrying out various tasks. In essence, the tasks completed during the entire project duration have been meant to review the feasibility of change of technology and the impact that must be expected with the reports being submitted to FAACI. Additionally, the project aims to increase information security because of various modern risks such as cybercrime. The project focused on capacity building to ensure smooth transition into advanced systems. Significantly, the project has managed to pinpoint various problems and sub problems being faced by FAACI and create recommendations on solutions for marketing, training, tracking, and policies. In essence, these solutions and problems were discussed in the solution Alternative Document that brought out various issues related to the COTS and Non-COTS solutions.
