In this assignment, we are going to incorporate the Neo-positive theory method in our discussion. Neo-positive is the evaluation and quantitative study that at long last has a scientific validation. Our main point of research is the article “Quantitative research in organizations and management (electronic resource)” while we incorporate the theory. This is to help develop a reflexive framework approach in thinking about the focus groups and evaluate leading instrumentals views of the method. The article at most focuses on different research perspectives in its opinion to distinguishing the critical research work to be undertaken. As a result, the article provides students with practical information for the research in various aspects of the study.

Neo-positive research method has a significant impact on the market economy. The research was made possible because of the large financial databases, to which encouraged statistical techniques, which were applied to test hypotheses (Walliman, 2017). The neo positive theory incorporates mathematical as well as other formal models that include formalization of variables. The theory takes the most phenomena form in the physical world. Therefore, these actions are used in the future too by their laws to explain the events. It also has other features, which mostly contributes to the research frameworks. The theory rejects the prior societal definition cultural considerations as well as the existing social structures and termed as positivistic epistemology (Walliman,2017).

The theory doesn’t only focus on the concepts, each term in a given condition ought to be translated into appropriate measures. As a result, the neo-positivists sociological theory statistical findings are the most systematical collections in the notion, which are practical. This is referred to as the operationalism (Walliman,2017). Quantitavism involves the enumeration and measurements, which are essential to neo-positivism due to, advanced technology in the revolution there are different methods of available. And so, it’s advantageous to put-to-put units of social information into formal and mathematical systems to attain different variables between relationships.

In spite of the experimental observations, the dominant effort should fall into a given blueprint (Hartel et al.,2017). And so, the creation of a of hypotheses is tested according to an individual’s response to a set of questions. These refer to as Empiricism. Here the problems are set to an investigation to find the inquiry. In theory, we also learn that neo positivist also tends to determine different behavior patterns. The problems of social structures and institution’s history are the ideas sometimes ignored, and so the behavior given individuals tend to be the main point of concentration and focus in sociology inquiry (Hartel et al., 2017). Here the neo-positivists apply development of non-subjective and non-voluntaristic theories interaction. In another case, the behaviorism determinations can be bordered by mechanistic and field theoretical conceptions.

The mathematical theory construction has more commitments in formal theory construction (Clayton et al., 2017). The symbolic representation is believed to be the most logic presentation regarding the formal logic of mathematical necessarily to increase theoretical prepositions (Clayton et al., 2017). This method applied allows accurate definition of concepts in a coherent way.

In conclusion, the concept helps in the aspects of knowledge on how to handle the researchers responsibly thus benefiting different stakeholders and managers of various states organizations. Understanding the theory helps in best defining the proper environment and even suitably helps to bring out the best in the studies. Through this skill helps in referring different questions to the skills acquired in the learning.
