In the recommendations by the team of specialists led by the professional directors of the athlete's organization missed out on some items on their recommendations to the Athletics governing body. Despite tackling nearly every physical structural condition of the athletics arena, the proposals failed to address the physical fitness of the athletes as a contribution to the fatality and the failure of the athletics sportsmanship in this field (National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association, 2009). The failure of the directors to come up with a report on the effeteness and the benefits of running a smooth and efficient training for the athletes and the consequent impacts on the field performance.
The NCAA report on the Supervisor positioning was somewhat unnecessary in this story and recommendations. It is unlikely that the supervisor positioning was adequate to contribute in a significant way to the injuries and the unsuccessfulness in the training and the entire athletics filed. Given the numerous cases of the deaths and injuries that have dwarfed the progress of the athletics in many parts of the globe, this report is a good indication of precisely what the authority can do on their part to ensure stoppage of such cases. There is a need for the eventual implementation of their report to curb any future occurrence of the field injuries. Their in-depth analysis of the cause-effect results of the reduced field condition is an adequate measure of precisely what should be done differently to ensure curbing and control of the injuries, depths and even eventual litigation process that may ensue.
