Technology should be designed in a way that fits various needs and gives the intended results to end users. The ease to learn and use technology should be a priority for the system designers to consider when implementing new technology in the market. As Westerman, Bonnet and McAfee (2014) explained, technologists and system engineers should adopt a professional ethics of caring to protect users from negative effects. Technology transformation should be designed to cater for needs of both genders, young and old in a informative and educative way. Still new technology platforms transformed should allow more women to undertake research in technology studies. In terms of products, technology should allow continuous innovation and creation of new products that best meets end user’s needs. The products made by new technology should have zero negative effects on human health and should not ruin the human nature. In reference to Westerman et al., (2014), the technology should give quality products and services that are safe in their specified use. Technology should give room for further research that allows product improvement, differentiation and specification. Notably, it should also be transformed in a way that minimizes wastage in product development, gives just in time products to minimize storage costs.
