The three ways that could improve the quality of health care include encouraging training and further education of personnel (caregivers) to improve and acquaint themselves with the best knowledge and practice in care delivery. It would make caregivers well acquainted with the contemporary practice and requirements in the different healthcare needs enabling them to give the best quality services as well as present a positive image of our large healthcare system. The training should also be encouraged on the best services that improve care delivery conducted both internally as well as external options that the caregivers would be involved (Strome, 2014). The second way that could be used to improve the quality of health care is to buy and purchase improved equipment and facilities that enhance quality care and increase the efficiency. Purchasing the noted equipment and facilities would make the work of care providers easier as some of the advanced equipment and facilities can provide multiple services at the same time that would save on time that would have resulted from repetitive actions. It would, therefore, motivate and encourage care workers to serve many clients in the shortest time possible without compromising on the quality of care provided. The measure, thus, would increase the efficiency by saving time and also motivating care providers. Lastly, the organization would embrace and encourage research to determine the quality of services offered and the efficiency. Research would be encouraged to note the views and opinions of clients about the services offered and the areas that would require improvement of changes (Mora & Walker, 2016). The care providers would also actively get involved in the research processes to give their views and opinions on various issues in the organization that ranges from administrative issues to the care provided that ensures that policies and measure are formulated that only encourage improved quality.
Critique of the Solutions to the Extent That My Solution May Cause Other Problems
The provided solutions above might also cause other problems, for example, the acquisition of new equipment and facilities. Most of such newer and improved equipment are expensive and costly that might impact on the other quality and services offered and might strain the financial position of the organization prompting the finance and administration to halt other development plans such as training and research. Also, the action of encouraging further training of personnel would imply that the time that would be used in the provision of care is diverted to training that might lead to straining of other care providers forcing them to work overtime to cover for the time spent by colleagues in classes. It might lead to additional costs such as in salaries due to the overtime by caregivers (Strome, 2014). Moreover, the solution of encouraging more research would imply additional costs and expenses to the organizations that might alter other services offered. It would also divert the time of care providers from serving clients and focus on the research processes that might cause an imbalance in the care offered and, therefore, compromise on the quality of services offered. The noted three solutions to improve the quality of care offered by the organization cannot be implemented all at once as it would mean additional funds is provided by the administration and it might mean getting loans and funding from external financial providers that might increase the debt burden that the organization has.

The Extent to Which I as A CEO Should Have the Responsibly and Power to Implement the Changes
I would have the powers to implement the changes to a large extent. It because of the as the CEO, I am the head of the institution, and if I believe that such changes are necessary and need to prioritized to enhance the quality of care provide by my organization, then I would need to be proactive and ensure that they changes are implemented within the shortest time possible.
The impact that such changes would have would be used to judge and rate me regarding the leadership and administration competency that I have and the impact that my decisions have tot the organization. I would be judged to have failed in the leadership if I fail to improve the quality of care provided in the organization. Hence I should be actively involved in the implementation of such changes to a large extent.
