Through this course, I have learned a lot regarding how ethics play a significant role in leadership and management in a business. The three areas that have impacted my professionalism and education are; understanding the general ethical consideration in leadership, being accountable as a leader, and how society expects me to behave ethically.
Ethical Considerations in Leadership
Through ethics, I have understood how to make my work better as a leader to support followers as we grow the organization. Through ethical leadership, I now understand how to develop the work ethic and lead workers into understanding and applying ethics in the contemporary organization setting. Through understanding the ethics, I can directly communicate clearly to eliminate confusion and frictions in the organization. The best way to promote clear, honest, and complete communication in the organization is through empowering employees to behave ethically (Rider University, 2020).

Accountability as A Leader Is Professionalism
Being accountable as a leader is also something I have learned through this course. By being honest and believing in the organization's values, I can shape a path through which the courses of the organization are realized. I have also learned the accountability responsibility of the organization. When anything goes wrong in the organization, whether internally or externally, it is ethical to accept responsibility. This helps to keep a positive image to the clients and the partners.
Behaviors Endorsed by Society As Ethical
In the corporate world, it is essential to understand that society contributes a lot to how businesses run. Living by how the society expects things to run brings about a peaceful environment that boosts doing business. There are basic ethical principles that guide the behavior in society. I have learned to live by the principles which have impacted both my academic and professionalism. The ethical interventions in a community setup enable ease in resolving conflicts in the community (Rabinowitz, n.d.). Some of the ethical considerations include; honesty, consent, and integrity. The three areas from the course have impacted my view on my education and also the professional world.
