Psychotherapy is considered the first treatment to the condition where the therapist helps the patient to understand the symptoms and assist them in coping with them. The therapist helps the client to slowly recreate the signs of the attack is gradual and repetitive manner. It will help the patient to slowly understand that the attacks are not dangerous and they began to resolve.
