As Triad insurance company increases its operational enterprise size, more problems surface. The principle issue include poor management of information systems within the company. Insurance policies have gone diverse and become varied hence, making it difficult for Triad Company to warehouse all versions. Second, having regional offices that handle customer’s claim has led to poor management of information. Most division chiefs have staged complains related to failure to receive dependable information in the headquarters. In reference to Bode (2010) scholarly works, hiring a new CIO from a competing company would serve as one of the key alternative solutions to the problem of poor information management. Second, outsourcing the company’s information system to a third party provider could help resolve the prevailing problem since it would be beneficial for the company in the event vendor costs are used as third party information providers (Bliss, 2013).
First, the organization culture regarding passing of information from agents to regional offices and later to headquarters will be affected by hiring a new CIO. The new CIO would be in charge of collecting information and processing it direct to the headquarters. Second, outsourcing information system stands to affect the organizational culture owing to downscaling of Management Information System staffs with the aim of saving payroll and benefit costs. Thus, the culture of employing MIS staff will be distorted if outsourcing technique is implemented.

Most customers seemingly were satisfied with Triad services since their claims could be handled over the phone. Thus, involvement of vendor costs as third parties stands to affect customer’s satisfaction since customers will probably not be comfortable sharing their information to third parties. Thus, information transferred to headquarters will be erroneous in most cases. Bushell and Remington (2017) and Miller (2010) explained that outsourcing solutions entail third party providers while software solutions enshrine warehousing of information in databanks where data is automatically generated.
