Description of the Scenario
In the given scenario, cost and time are very significant. In analyzing our scenario, the triple constraint criteria are considered for the success of the project. When a project becomes successful, it is because it fulfilled the cost requirement, time and scope ( Greasley, 2017) . Therefore, there is a critical part for project success which involves cost management, time management, and scope management ( Miranda, 2017) . This scenario uses triple constraint in managing discussed examples used to project production used to market competent printer of technological efficient. It is important to select a parameter for the scope printer production to a different technological which is appropriate to the duration of the project completion ( Dean, King, Menzies, Soltanifar, & Lomax, 2015) . Planning should involve a team with skill level, and the accurate number is a certain project conducted. When outsourcing from different levels, cost management should be the most recommended way of handling the issue. Planning through production done by prototype which monitors projects and controls. Through the analysis of the project simulation, it becomes possible to meet the requirements of scope which follows the cost and time requirements.
In the project scenario scope is a vital factor. An effective printer will increase the overall cost and time when handling a higher scope. The duration of handling the project decreases when any increase in team skill level and team size is present, but the costs of projects increase in this process. The total time spent on a project is reduced during the overtime ( Miranda, 2017) . An increase in skill level and time size would amount to an overall increase in productivity level when outsourcing work in certain amounts ( Dean, King, Menzies, Soltanifar, & Lomax, 2015) . An increase in outsourcing level in a certain amount has resulted in increases in many new problems. These problems come about when the stress level of a certain team increase when a project is behind schedule and its budget is overdue.

It also analyses the strong positive relationships established when the productivity and some given traits of the project tea which includes the tea skill levels and team size. This situation helps in the explanation of the project in a more effective and managed way through the selection of moderate numbers whose moderate skill levels have higher levels of outsourcing ( Greasley, 2017) . When adding positive effects on the outcomes of the project, overtime should be encouraged. Some factors like efficient team meetings, traits of more practical scope target, and more practical project time to complete should be encouraged to finish the project after offering a supportive analysis.
The selection of high-speed wireless scope should be a second case strategy together with nine members who had high medium skills. The project should end by the eighteenth week. Extensive outsourcing is applied when the five introductory meets were set up ten days to days which was selected from the meetings ( Dean, King, Menzies, Soltanifar, & Lomax, 2015) . During production, one prototype is selected. When applying all these elements in the project over budgeting and falling behind schedule is easily handled ( Miranda, 2017) . Here, the project is completed on the scope with the various scope being handled with little variations hence a working strategy was availed.
The application of the one strategy which has high-speed wireless and the four team members with high-level skills is important to the project. The project would be completed in eighteen weeks when there is no encouragement and outsourcing for overtime, and instead, a prototype produced is used ( Greasley, 2017) . However, the strategy failed to result in over budgeting of the project.
Finally, there are more aroused problems when the higher management of the project is changed due to another type of management which follows the time and costs requirements other than using a high-speed wireless scope ( Dean, King, Menzies, Soltanifar, & Lomax, 2015) . This strategy requires a team of nine members with medium skill levels of outsourcing hence giving over time.
What-if assessments that resulted in obtaining a better score and completing the scenario with better results
What If the result is competent?
What if you disagree on the assessment outcome?
What happens if your result is ‘Not Yet Competent’ for one or more assessment tasks?
What if I believe I am already competent before training?
