There are very many instances which act as a turning point in the life of a Christian which usually helps to deviate from bad and illegal behavior. The turning point in the history of Christianity has for long been evidence since the time of Jesus Christ. During the development of Christianity from Jewish Christian Church to the great Greco-Roman Church they all provided a definite turning point in the history of Christians (Walls, 2015) . There has also been protestant reformation and restoration which has since been recorded from the Bible which demonstrate that there is a need for embracing turning point in the life of Christianity.

In 2009, the Baptists always celebrated a large portion of a 400 th birthday party. They were born in 1609, where they began as infants as they struggled to survive. Currently, there are more than 43 million people across the world in more than 200 countries. Initially, they were harassed and persecuted in England and America during the 17 th Century (Walls, 2015) . Therefore, the Baptist was able to struggle with various issues in the community which helped to arrive at the turning point. After their turning point, they have now become the largest protestant denomination in most parts of America (Walls, 2015) . The Lutherans have Martin Luther while Presbyterians have John Calvin who has all helped to arrive at a turning point in the history of Christianity. Baptist can trace their origin to Englishman where most of their names come.

The turnaround towards a free conscience also took place in 1612 where during that time, there was religious fussing and fighting that mainly dominated the 17 th century. There was the contention that resulted in a division in the church. Initially, Smyth and Helwys had separated from Anglicans as well as Separatist. Smyth was able to question the authenticity of the self-administered baptism as it was not in line with the Christian church. There was a high level of disagreement which did not believe there was a need for baptism. The major turning point mainly happened when people started to embrace new baptism in the church as well as the end of enormous disagreement that were available within the region (Shurden, 2001) . They were able to nurture a small church fellowship which resulted in the growth of Anglicans and more churches in the area. The publication in 1612 concerning Helwy's book which was a short declaration was another turning point in Baptist history since the spirit of domination and oppression already existed.

There was also another turn around for believer's baptism in 1641 where Helwys group came to be known as General Baptists. Most of the people, therefore, believed that the death of Jesus Christ on the cross, it was a good platform which would help to ensure better transformation in the region. The general Baptists affirmed believer's baptism where they were able to do it without practicing any form of immersion. By 1941, the Baptist of England engaged in another step concerning baptism which was also another turning point in the Baptist history (Walls, 2015) .

The Baptist was able to practice the idea of baptism by immersion with the same reason they had affirmed their belief in the church. They were willing to be corrected from the scripture to follow the commandments of Jesus Christ in the region. Therefore, the Baptist wanted to be free to support their conscience where they would obey the Holy Scripture.

Another significant turnaround was towards cooperative Christianity in 1707 where the Baptist since the beginning were able to cherish the church government as it was referred to as the Baptist life as self-rule. There was no single church leader such as bishop, pastor or civil government would have a say in the religious affairs of the church. The major turning point for the Baptist occurred in 1707 which was the same year they were able to form Philadelphia Baptist Association. That was the first significant organization under Baptist church where several local churches were able to work together without compromising their faith or believe. As a result of the formation of the Philadelphia Baptist Association, believers in the Baptist church were, therefore, able to affirm their belief to the local church (Shurden, 2001) . As a result, there was growth and emergence of other local churches in the region which helped in the growth of Christianity in the area.

During the history of Christian, there was the turnaround towards missionary responsibility in 1792 was Baptist in England and America were able to receive a higher level of profit from the revivalism that was highly dominated in that time (Gilson, 2019) . In England, Methodist John and Wesley were involved in the Baptist church activities in the region. With a high level of influence within the Baptist church, there was the formation of missionary society which was aimed at promoting the gospel of Christ.

Within the Christian history life, there was also a significant turnaround toward social justice in 1955 where Baptist preacher in Alabama was able to lead a bus boycott which later was able to turn into national struggle concerning racial justice (Gilson, 2019) . The Baptist was therefore concerned about social justice where they reached their apex with the king. Social justice was, therefore, part of a turning point in the life of Christians which was also able to shape the society believes and goodwill in the community.

The Christian denominations have therefore been able to undergo a massive transformation where there has been a high level of baptism as well as the spread of the gospel in the region. The turning point in human life will help them to seek God first as a way of giving his/her life to God to follow all the right directions in life (Gilson, 2019) . For example, as a Christian, one of the turning points in life would be meeting with a spiritual leader such as a pastor who will also act as a role model for a young person. Meeting with him or she will help a person to receive the more spiritual message which will play a significant role in ensuring that one will be able to change their wrong way of life altogether. For example, for people suffering from high level of alcoholism and drug taking, it can help to shape their health and body. Therefore, the turning point in Christian history may be associated with other dangerous behaviors which are a deviation from social norms.

Christianity values play a significant role in ensuring that the turning point of a person has been attained to transform completely in life. Therefore it is the role of the church leaders always to provide an excellent platform where they will monitor the reformed people to follow the right path. For many years, a turning point in Christian history has been taking place since the before Christ (Gilson, 2019) . Since there has been a high level of increased suffering towards the Christians, there will also need to focus their lives in a better and positive way. Also, the life and crucifixion of Jesus Christ have also been instrumental in shaping the turning point for Christians for a long time in history. After learning the increased suffering of Jesus and the fact that he died for their sins, people, therefore, tend to reach their turning point.

There are also various instances in the Bible where Christian turning point has taken place such as the transformation of Saul to Paul. The word of God has multiple ways in which it can transform for example; Saul would mistreat and hinder the progress for the word of God which always resulted in hindrances in the delivery of word. Saul was persecuting Christians but would later become a good follower of Jesus ( Gilson, 2019) . However, at one point in his life, he was able to transform from Saul to Paul where he becomes a fully committed Christian who would also write various bible verses. That was one of the best turning points as illustrated in the bible which also helps to understand the turning point in Christian history. Therefore, from the many bible teachings, it is therefore clear that it usually help many people to change their behavior and become good people in society. Consequently, it is vital to ensure that Christians can learn about their life to focus and transform their life for the better. In most instances, turning point helps typically to change the presence of a person for good.
