My experience with the U.S. Navy embroils a series of essential demands and commands that ought to be executed without question to succeed. Primarily, the Navy cultivates an important sense of accountability and responsibility, which necessitate doing what tends to be impossible for the sake of others. These aspects are encompassed in the three core values of honor, courage, and commitment and are subject to total submission and obedience for me as a U.S. Navy.

In the naval service, I happen to stay and interact with my peers, superiors, and subordinates. In that sense, everyone is fitted with responsibilities that call for honor and being truthful while dealing with one another including those outside the Navy. As an officer, I am delegated to deliver bad news with honesty even if it is unpopular and also embrace and encourage new ideas. More so, I do abide by the code of integrity despite being uncompromising, taking responsibility for my actions, and keeping my word as well as fulfilling legal and ethical obligations both in my personal and public life.

Furthermore, courage is an essential call for me as a Navy. I am mandated to support and defend other people's impression. The Naval service is composed of dangerous and challenging missions that demand courage to pursue them. Therefore, like a navy seal, I need the courage to meet my profession's demand and the challenges with the ability to adhere to the highest standards of personal conduct and decency. Notably, moral and mental strength is developed by the courage to do the right thing, even in the face of personal or professional adversity.

The day-to-day duties in the naval service should be performed with obedience and respect to the orders up to and down the chain of command. Most importantly, like a navy seal, I ought to be committed to positive change with constant improvement and also portray the highest sense of moral character, quality, competence, and technical excellence in whatever I have been trained on. Besides, I care for our people's safety, spiritual, personal as well as professional well-being with respect directed to all people regardless of their race, gender, or religion. Above all, my duty as a navy is to be committed to working together with my team to improve work quality, and my people’s lives.
