The “Undercover Boss” is a reality show that tries to bring out various ways in which brands are being represented by the workers in different companies in the world. The episode being reviewed is a season five episode three in which more focus will be put in the ways in which two different job positions will be compared. The main aim of the article is to check out on the level at which customer services are being offered by every employee to the consumers. The paper will also check to see if the workers are undertaking their assigned work descriptions as per the layed down regulations, and at the same time work strongly to find out if any of the laborers are going against any rules or if the workers are representing the organizations brand in a wrong way. The delivery driver is mainly responsible for delivering the product to the buyer’s home in accordance with the regulation provided by the law ( Aho., 2016 ). The delivery driver has to be very kind, honest, and virtuous and thus represent Coffee Beans and Tea Leaf business in a very positive as well as professional way by bringing in more lively picture of his work. The driver seems to be enjoying the services he’s offering to the customers in hopes that the clients will like the product and relocate to Coffee Beans and Tea Leaf. In that case, Aaron, who is the delivery driver, tries to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the job in different perspectives, which allows assessing whether he was representing the firm well or not. The driver timely delivers the product to the consumers and even gives them a free token. The extra product is designed to win the customers over from other businesses in the area, and thus make more profits ( Winslow., 2016 ). The cashier who is the CEO in this, he is robotic in his work which makes him be less efficient in the delivery of services to the customers. However, CEO by trying to be efficient and social and at the same time faster she becomes hilarious to the consumers. She also gives promises that she is not sure of, which may result in administrative issues. She is also not conversant with different technologies present at work as shown with his inability to operate the headphones equipped to the branch.

In collecting information for the job analysis, I will survey the business to make sure that I get adequate data on the working of the delivery driver and the cashier. The survey will be done on the consumers as well as the other workers in the firm. One-on-One interview will be done with the workers themselves so as to assess the validity of the information being collected. In the job description, the delivery driver has the responsibility of preparing the beverage and giving it to the clients in different locations and giving gift cards. The cashier has the task of taking orders and directing the clients on the way they have to use in getting their product. From the job analysis, I have realized that the job description complies with the state and federal laws as well as regulations. The main reason being that there is no evidence of discrimination or biases in the workplace at all time.
