Name a Challenge You Have Overcome and Describe How You Have Overcome It
Around four months ago, I was introduced to a colleague who was suffering from the post-traumatic stress disorder. I noticed that her condition was caused by physical abuse that she had suffered while living as a foster child. Although she was an adult, her constant tantrums and aggressiveness were compromising the nature of our work. I soon realized that despite my conversational skills, she still could not open up to me. Therefore, I sought to educate yourself about PTSD and how victims should be handled. After a few weeks, I had been successful in helping her develop a positive outlook on life which improved her output.
