It is indeed true that the population in Utah is made up of immigrants who are from Mexico and they find their ways into entering the United States of America. Statistics show that over 8% of Utah's population was born in another country and a sizeable number also have at least one parent who is a native of the United States (Petrzelka & Jacobs, 2016). The people in Utah fled their countries due to the feeling that probably life would be better on the other side as opposed to the troubles that they go through in their motherlands.

This has endangered the lives and peace of the Utah community. There are many immigration sanctions which the current government had proposed during the electioneering period which are portrayed in various images. These sanctions made to hurt the lives of Utah people since the majority of the population is Utah is comprised of immigrants (Gladstein, 2015). The government fails to understand the contributions of immigrants to the entire economic growth of the country.
Misunderstandings have arisen even between the different people living in Utah, and this is because of the competition that is being experienced as every group would want to survive on the little resources that they get access. The parents in Utah struggle to ring up their children, and it are challenging to raise kids in a foreign environment and the adjustments they need to make in order for them to fit in the society. It is, however, amazing how they withstand all this discomfort as they try to make decent lives away from their countries. These strains in this type of society have led to the rise of the poor relationship between the parents and their children as they are brought up in a different environment away from their culture (Ayers, Hofstetter, Schnakenberg & Kolody, 2009). The children with their innate ability to take up the new culture they differ with their parents as the latter already have a culture to stick to whereas the younger generation is finding their own on this new environment. It is true that the high expectations of these foreigners are always shuttered as they encounter different lives.
Most of these immigrant families flee their motherland due to different reasons. Talking of Mexico, some families have moved to the US in fear that their children may e inducted into dangerous gangs and crime related associations and therefore the parents seek to find a better life for their children. Other cases include wars that have been propagated by drug lords and young girls being used as their objects of sexual satisfy action (Petrzelka & Jacobs, 2016). Young people have been forced to engage unwillingly in acts, but since they have no say in such societies, they are forced to oblige in fear that their families might be endangered. Every family has their reasons for fleeing, and when such families meet in this common destination which is Utah, they have to raise their children differently. However, there is an image illustrating the executive actions that the federal government had planned to act against the immigrants. The current government during campaigns had stated clearly that it would deport all immigrants back to their parent countries to make America great again.
Most of these immigrants are traumatized by the vents of their past and still and it hasn't been easier because when election come there are groups of natives who feel like their spaces have been taken by, and they speak hurting words which make these immigrants feel insecure. Arrests have also been made in the past, but this has risen during the Trump administration due to his policies that illegal immigrants have to be deported to their countries and this has not been easy dealing with in the immigrant community. Statistics show that the numbers had doubled when the current leadership came into power as opposed to the previous administration which had softer policies as per immigration is concerned (Bera, 2018). It is important to note that the deportations have everlasting psychological effects on the families and especially the children and should be done carefully and not as they are carried out now. Some natives, however, claim that the immigrant situation has done them more harm than good and they do not want their state to be seen as a salvation city.
