The rapid globalization and technological advancement have converted the world’s organizations into a small institution; an institution where there is an ever high stream of contentions and competitions between members of an organization. As a result, the world population continuously faces major complexities of social life and underpinning the essence of morals, values, and ethics in major organizational settings. This paper primarily focuses on presenting a worldview of the origin of values and ethics and how values and value commitment develops. The paper also highlights the societal considerations and implications of values and ethics, especially in Educational institutions.
People are not innately endowed with an aspect of ethical isolation but acquire them from a particular moral tradition ( Chowdhury, 2018; Reiss, 1999). The fact that ethical directives are not always explicitly evident is the main cause of disagreement on what is right or wrong ( Butts & Rich, 2019). Even with an understanding of what is right, ignorance and self-interest have bridled humanity to the extent that they rarely show concern of the underlying consequences or disgruntlement that might befall subjects unethical practices. Although ethics are often interpreted differently in different situations, they command a standard set of behaviors appropriate in particular situations.

Therefore, ethics comes from citizens' collective values and beliefs attributed to traditional ideas, scientific discoveries, personal discoveries or religious doctrines ( Pepper, 2021) . According to philosophy, these values and beliefs must show coherence and not self-contradict in the view of a given community or organizational setting. Ethics, therefore, describes the systematic, theoretical and rational reflection of one's behavior ( Chowdhury, 2018 ; Churchill, 1982). Major misconceptions and misunderstandings between ethics, morals, and value is the main hindrance to their precise explanation, yet, moral Education aims to develop shared feelings for the purpose of commitment to individual responsibilities while the existence of values is not specific in content. For instance, indigenous science value differs from western science, yet ethics could be analogous ( Chowdhury, 2018) . Fundamentally, the values, ethics and morality always interrelate to society, attached to the culture and frequently influenced by politics.
From the Biblical viewpoint, McCoy & John (2016) p ortray Jesus as a Master teacher whose instruction was primarily founded on the truth and adherence to values and ethics. Besides inspiration, the teachings of Jesus focused on correcting evils ways, refuting errors, and living right (2 Timothy 3:16). These teachings focus on humane consciousness amid the dehumanizing complications and pressure of the modern world and compel organization members to reflects on the openness to new advice, ideas, and information ( Wright et al., 2017) . It also requires every individual to appreciate that humans are imperfect and mortal being that forms an infinitesimal portion of an extensively diverse universe and therefore have a limited grasp of entire knowledge, which is essentially more remarkable than all individuals; hence the need to develop appropriate values like humility ( Wright et al., 2017) .
In line with the acts of open-mindedness and humbleness, low self-focus should be the foremost core dimension of an intellectual with apt values and ethics. Low self-focus should not be misunderstood for low self-concern or low self-confidence, but instead, be acknowledged as low self-prioritization that follows the proper psychological positioning ( Wright et al., 2017) . Epistemically, members of the organization must show humility in the sense of ego reduction and therefore show no desire to self-promote, exercise readiness to accept mistakes and advice, and show openness to new or challenging information by appreciating that other individuals are capable or even more talented ( Martínez, Skeet & Sasia, 2021) . This calls for acceptance of other people's beliefs, ideas, and values- even when they differ from an individual's perception for the greater good and service to others.
Citing Education as the organization of focus, Socrates believes that its role should focus on bringing out the ideas of universal validity latent in every man's mind to cleanse the soul and lead to personal-realization ( Davis, 2010) . These beliefs concur with Nelson Mandela's assertions that 'Education is the most powerful weapon to transform the world.' These statements show the need to avail opportunities to other scholars through integrity and humility-values, which primarily revolve around the theme of love. Among the major literature that advocates compassion and love is the Bible and should be used in values and ethics shaping through Christianity perspective.

To address the deterioration of ethical issues and values, an ethical-based education must be incorporated into the academic curriculum since humans are born with an insignificant moral perspective and therefore require moral direction for shaping.' Embracing the appropriate values and ethics, besides humility and open-mindedness, is a chance to establish a life-building and character transforming in any given organization. Just as Jesus Christ chose to show compassion and humility to non-believers, Pharisees, and Scribes, who often held different ideologies about the word of God, intellectuals, especially those in higher ranks of the organizational pyramid, must exercise these values for the greater service of the upcoming generations.
