Currently, the world is shifting places from face-to-face learning and evolving to a virtual learning world. Virtual learning is arguably some of the best revolution brought by the internet to contemporary education. Other activities such as work has been revolutionized by this as employees can work while still at home. Currently, there has been a huge increase in the demand to work remotely, particularly due to the spread of COVID-19, which has affected the world. Different plans have to be formulated to ensure that the economic and the education sector are not paralyzed due to this. Promotion of virtual learning also attract many students from different parts of the world which brings diversity in the education sector. The plan I am proposing is to encourage Virtual Courses in this public school through implementation of WebEx.
Virtual learning has plenty of benefits to all stakeholders. It reduces the costs and need for travelling as all the classes can be administered online. All the teacher and the students require is having a computer and an internet connectivity. The learning is facilitated through video conferencing which with link the teacher and the students. The school can purchase the video conferencing application from WebEx, which is a U.S based that creates and sells web and video conferencing applications. The applications developed by WebEx provides an excellent interface through which proper communication can take place between the teacher and the students. The video conferencing applications are customized in a way that allows the teachers to create lesson and enroll students to the course. The teachers can make a virtual class lesson plan and invite students to join the class. The platform allows the students to ask questions to the teachers and tutors whenever necessary. The application has a platform where the parents, faculty members, students, teachers, and administrators are involved. The parents can interact with the teachers and the school administration and faculty members (WebEx, 2020) .

Education involves almost every stakeholder in the society. This plan regarding implementation of virtual classes in the school will involve various stakeholders in the school community. It is the roles of the stakeholders to evaluate the system and determine whether its implementation will promote quality education delivery or not. They will include; parents, colleagues, teachers, community members, decision makers, and the school board members. Since the system involves core part of education, stakeholders such as parent will require to understand how the system works and how it will ensure that their children acquire quality education just as in face-to- face learning. Other stakeholders such as teachers needs to understand how this system will best suit their work by ensuring that they provide quality lessons to the students without complicating the whose process of education delivery. The board members and administrators will review the system to understand whether the goal of the school to provide quality education to the students will be achieved through introduction of the system. All the stakeholders will play an important role in evaluating the plan and determining whether it is applicable by weighing its advantages and disadvantages.
The presentation of this project will require a venue which is convenient for all the stakeholders. The most preferable location for presenting the plan will be at the school stakeholders meeting. The plan involve all the school stakeholders and they should therefore be present. Presenting the plan at the school stakeholders meeting will ensure that every stakeholders including the parents and the community members are present. Such a meeting will ensure that no stakeholder is left behind in making the decision and understanding how the system works and how it will be beneficial to the school fraternity. All of them will be equally involved in determining whether the plan will be implemented by the school administration. Understanding the functionality of the system will be key to ensuring that the plan is implemented.
All the school stakeholder will require to understand the plan in depth to endorse it for implementation. To ensure that the stakeholders understand the plan, I will deliver the presentation in parts (in form of topics) to cover all the ground regarding the plan. First, I will present the background data regarding virtual education. The background will analyze steps leading to coming up with plan and the details of the plan. The next topic will be the introduction. The introduction will briefly explain the benefits of the plan and how it can be implemented in the school. I would then address the justification and benefits of implementing the plan. Implementation of the plan will bring various advantages to the school though reaching a large number of students, reducing the cost of education, and reducing the need for the teachers and students from travelling to the physical classes. Implementation of the plan will also save the school some physical space, which would have been occupied by the learners and the teachers in the case physical classes were administered. I will explain the methodology of implementing the plan. The plan will be implemented by first purchasing the online education platform from WebEx and enrolling the students and teachers by specifying their position. Teachers will be assigned the teachers roles, administrators will be entered to the system, parents, and faculty members. The platform is designed in a way through which all the stakeholders can be incorporated in the system without confusion. Finally, I will explain the risks associated with the implementation of the plan to the stakeholders. The major shortcoming s of this plan is that it highly depends on availability of power, reliable internet connectivity, and availability of a computer. Students without computers and internet connectivity will have a problem accessing the courses, which will be a big inconvenience to them (Gilbert, 2015) . Other cases of power outage and poor internet connection will result to failure of accessing the courses as the video conferencing and streaming requires strong and reliable internet able to provide HD or HD+ videos. The parents will therefore have a huge task of ensuring that their homes have reliable internet connectivity during the course time as well as having a power backup in case of power outages.
The school administration and the stakeholders will require tangible facts regarding implementation of the plan to implement it. The benefits will have to outweigh the disadvantages of the plan. I have thoroughly researched on the benefits of virtual education to the students, teachers, parents, and the school administration. As mentioned earlier, the benefits of the plan include eliminating need for physical movement to the students and teachers, easy monitoring of the learning process by parents, reduced cost of education, and saving on space that would have been used for administering physical classes (Gilbert, 2015) . I have prepared a report highlighting all the advantages of virtual learning and its shortcomings. I also have a case study, which shows the benefits institutions such as University of the People get from offering online courses to their students. The success to the institutions offering online learning is commendable and I believe that the system will work for the school.
Using reports and case studies showing the success and the benefits that institutions offering virtual learning will be an eye opener to the school management and the stakeholders. They will have tangible evidence, which they will use to evaluate whether introduction of virtual learning will be beneficial to the school by promoting delivery of quality education.
