Hypothesize the Changes That Require Improvement
Following a familiar scenario published by the CNN business news, the company is expected to lose even more of its profits if they do not change their hourly payments to their employees. It is clear that the company announces fake pay rise only to pose a public stunt when it is actually not true. For a company that is earning huge profits on a yearly basis, then it needs to pay the workers as much as they deserve (Jackie, 2016). The change readiness policy was aimed at benefiting themselves by showing the public that they are doing their best. The company needs to change this low wages to their hard working employees in order to avoid losing them to their competitors and if not well addressed they will continue to close more stores and leave people jobless. As much as the company wants to make profit it must consider its employees and pay them what they rightfully deserve.

Walmart claimed they the doors are open for them and this was done to prove that they had taken the readiness for change action to give back to the society. Through improving the human resource department, the company CEO said that the company is ready for them.
