In the United States, the existing wealth gap between majority and minority communities has become a vital issue of concern taking into account that it has created a platform for unequal distribution of assets among residents in the country. One of the greatest challenges that a significant number of Americans are facing revolves around an apparent lack of even wealth distribution approaches to help minimize the wealth gap. In trying to examine the existing wealth disparity, economic reports indicate that 1% of the wealthiest persons in the United States own approximately 40% of the country's wealth. That serves as a clear indication of the fact that there is a need to come up with a strategic approach that would seek to ensure that wealth is distributed evenly. Additionally, these measures are expected to ensure that wealth distribution is not bound by one’s race or ethnicity, as this only contributes to a high possibility of discrimination.
