According to me, I prefer the person focused pay plan. The person targeted pay plan programs are not for all companies or all ranks. The principle refers that workers require moving beyond from seeing pay as an entitlement. The person focused pay plan employ compensation as a bonus obtained for receiving and executing job-relevant awareness and experiences. Technological innovation and global competition are two chief goals for utilizing pay plan program model. Adopting person focused pay plan in an organization is good because of the intensified global competition and the point that it has driven firms to become more competitive. So that employers can gain a competitive edge, they ought to provide their employees with advanced edge skills as well as inspire them to use such experiences in the organization.

Technological innovation is changing hence making some job skills old-fashioned. Different jobs demand different new talents. For example, technology is taking over manual, automobile industry and auto mechanics used to assemble and repair carburetors now an employee must know how to use computerized diagnostic systems to repair election injection systems. The person focused pay programs comprises of four models, which include: stair step, cross-departmental, skills blocked, and job point accrual models. Stair Step model involves design steps that are various jobs from a distinct job group. The responsibilities vary in complexity, and a person can escalate the stairwell by gaining the necessary experiences and familiarity. The abilities develop on one another.

Skill Block Model runs in an equivalent way as the stair step model, but the experience does not mount on one another. The employee can improve faster by grasping the essential skills and can avoid a level if they have the skills. The cross-departmental model supports staffing compliance by enlightening employees in one section with some of the crucial works they would require efficiently performing in other units. Lastly, in the Job point accrual model, dispatchers are equipped with customer relations arts to send a professional picture and set compatibility with consumers.

Conclusively, the person-focused pay plans promote extension, not just of the employee but the company. These programs compensate employees on their potential to build the real partnership in the organization. It gives job enhancement and diversity, maybe compliance in scheduling. According to job characteristics theory, workers are urged to carry out tasks that hold a tremendous range of focus features.
