My personal niche and my assigned niche are similar in a way. However, they as well have a specific difference. My personal niche is encompassed by a variety of roles: as part of my daily activities I have to ensure that I cope up within my role. I have to make sure that as a woman in fulfilling all my stated functions. My roles are inclusive of taking care of the children, ensuring that my home is neat. Furthermore, I have to make sure that every person under my care gets the best treatment. On the other hand, my assigned niche is entirely different, despite the fact that it shares some similarities. In my assigned niche, some of my roles are undertaken house girls. I most houses, women do not fully indulge into ensuring that their roles are fully taken care off. It has reached a point in which the house helps ends up building their relationships with the husbands of the uses since the women are a bit reluctant to perform their esteemed duties. The two kinds of niches are similar, and they have the same working conditions and it also gives the women a priority they are not entirely willing to works as per the given scope of work.
However, my personal and assigned habitats are also quite similar but also have some specific differences in it. Many times, my personal habitat is entitled to have the best working environment that suits everyone in the same habitat. In most cases, the environment is somehow similar and contains similar characteristics. However, the difference comes in at the point of availability of resources in the specific habitat. Therefore, my assigned habitat does not have the all the resources that we need but in case they are, they are not sufficient to serve the whole population in my assigned habitat an example I availability of hospitals.

For one to survival in the personal niche, one has to ensure that they are hardworking and ready to take in all the roles as they come. Moreover, there is need to make sure that environment is placed in a way that it suits the roles provided. They tend to work within the stipulated range to prevent the feeling of inadequacy and limited resources. Living in the assigned niche and habitat will limit my development level as the two only provides resources that are used within the stipulated time and cannot be extended any further.
In the process of living in my assigned niche, I have adapted some specific cultural adaptations, to fit my demands. The food that I consume in my assigned niche is in most cases traditional food. The idea of cultural meals facilitates the rate of contradicting diseases that re health related. Furthermore, I also ensure that the medicines that I take in the process of illness such as water-borne diseases due to the dangerous water condition in the niche are all traditional medicine. In this case, I reduce my chances of visiting the modern hospital hence reducing congestion as the facilities are no enough for everyone in my assigned niche.
