Tesla Motors is one of the leading and successful enterprises in automobile manufacturing, with its headquarters in Pablo Altro, California. Tesla began manufacturing electric vehicles in 2003, and since then, the company had s emerged leader in the production of electric automobile across the globe. The first Tesla motor Tesla Roadster was deployed in 2008, and since then, then the company has produced numerous models of Tesla cars. According to Van den Steen (2015), Tesla Company is joining forces with other automobile manufacturing companies to manufacture more electric vehicles that are cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Other giants in locomotive like Volvo have voiced their desire to start manufacturing electric cars like Tesla. Advancement in technology has made it easy to support electric vehicles at low cost. Technology has made it easy for Tesla to produce long-lasting batteries and long charge time. Tesla is gaining international recognition for its effective and quality products compared to a typical car. As the world moves into an electric automobile, Tesla vehicles are increasingly getting preferred to regular cars. Tesla is less costly and more comfortable; the cost of maintenance is low; they provide high safety and are environmentally friendly.

Tesla Model is preferred than a typical car since they are less expensive and perform better. Tesla Model 3 is a popular and least costly, making it affordable by many people, as shown in the company's websites. Since I learned about Tesla, the cost of Tesla has remained the same or less than a typical car, making it easy to purchase. For instance, the initial cost for buying Tesla Model S85D is $85,000, while the basic Model 3 begins at around $40,000 available across major cities in the US ( Van den Steen, 2015) . The cost of purchasing and operating a Tesla car is minimal. Tesla vehicles are known for their high performance due to high torque power which makes pick-ups quick and smooth. Also, the instant torque plus motor and battery power makes it fun to drive Tesla (Berdichevsky et al., 2006). Supercharging makes road trips more enjoyable and convenient. The ride in a Tesla is comfortable with no dust and clunky like typical cars. Tesla is quiet inside and outside with no production of noise. Typical vehicles are very noisy inside and outside noise. One way of reducing noise in the roads and within the cities is to encourage people to purchase electric vehicles which make virtually no noise.

The world is changing rapidly, and people are moving from gasoline to electric driven vehicles which are cost-effective. Science-fiction fantasy is becoming a reality and spreading across the globe and providing a breakthrough in energy sectors ( Eberhard & Tarpenning, 2006) . Electric cars are the future of transportation. Purchasing a Tesla car is an indicator that one is planning for the future. Tesla vehicles have provided the world with an alternative method of preserving fossil fuels by inventing electric cars. From what I have witnessed, the maintenance cost of electric cars is lower than those of typical car fueled by gasoline. Fuel prices change regularly, and they depend on the political and military situation of the country that produces oil. In the time of political instability and wars, the price of fuel goes very high, making it expensive to maintain gasoline-driven cars. For instance, when one drive 15,000 miles per, the average cost of gasoline is $2,100 while electric car driving similar miles per day cost only $475 per years. Apart from the cost of fuel, typical cars require other expenses like regular technical inspection, transmission repairs and others which are not required when using Tesla vehicles. With Tesla car, one will not have to worry about the price of fuel, renting a car while yours is being serviced or failed transmissions. With Tesla car, one only requires maintenance of breaks which last longer than a typical car and charging of the battery. According to Berdichevsky et al. (2006), battery park of Tesla Roadster electric vehicle is one of the largest and kore advanced Li-ion batteries across the world. The battery can deliver enough power to accelerate Tesla Roadsters from to 60mph in for seconds. Tesla batteries are of high quality, and they can last for over 15 years in mild climate.

Tesla is preferred than typical cars since it offers more security. The percentage of accidents caused by electric cars is low compared to that of gasoline-driven vehicles. Electric vehicles have to pass a safety test similar to gas-powered cars; thus, they give assurance of total safety ( Herron, 2019) . Tesla Model X has scored perfectly in safety tests released by HTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration), especially in potential of catching fire. While the possibility of catching fire by typical car is one fire per 20 million miles, the chance of an electric vehicle to catch fire is one fire per 120m million miles driven. Research conducted by Aaker (2013 ) shows that there is over 150,000 car fire in the United States per year ( Herron, 2019) . According to Tesla Motors management, since the production of Tesla Model S, the US has experienced more than a quarter-million gasoline car fires, which led to over 400 deaths and left more than 1200 people injured. Since the manufacture of over 19,000 Model S, the rate of car fires in the US roads has reduced to one fire per 6,333 cars compared to one fire per 1350 cars caused by gasoline vehicles ( Aaker, 2013) . Thus, Tesla cars are safer and have less possibility of flaring up compared to typical cars which use gasoline.

As the world moves into producing environmentally friendly products, Tesla vehicles are the best choice. Tesla is efficient in the average conversion of energy. An electric car uses on average 60% of electric power energy to spin the wheel while 17% to 21% of energy save on gasoline is converted to power at the wheel. It shows that electric power used by Tesla is efficient, uses energy effective hence requires few resources from nature ( Eberhard & Tarpenning, 2006) . The use of few resources and use of most of the power stores is an effective means of protecting the environment. Tesla motors rely on electricity thus does not emit greenhouse gases which are known for damaging the ozone layer. Power plants which produced electricity through fossil fuels; nuclear, hydro, solar, and wind power plants do not pollute the environment. Differently, typical cars use gasoline-like petrol and diesel, which produces gas that pollutes the environment and damages the ozone layer ( Eberhard & Tarpenning, 2006) . Therefore, as the world join hands to preserve the environment and prevent damage to climate, Tesla vehicles provide a better alternative compared to a typical car.

In summary, as the new technology emerges, gasoline vehicles are fading away, and electric vehicles are emerging as the most comfortable mode of transportation. Tesla vehicles which use electricity continue to be the best and most preferred than typical cars which use conventional gasoline. From my stand, Tesla is less costly to purchase, and the cost of maintenance is lower compared to ordinary cars. Apart from fuel expenses, typical cars require other services that are not needed in electric vehicles. Also, electric cars like Tesla are safer in terms of flaring up compared to typical vehicles which report many cases of fires in the United States. Lastly, as seen, Telsa is more environmentally friendly since they do not produce greenhouse gas that damages the ozone layer. People should focus on purchasing Tesla since they offer more benefits to the users and society at large.
