World's Most Advanced Writing Techniques

Writing is an art, which requires the employment of technique to communicate effectively, a certain message to readers. As a result, various techniques are employed in writing some of which are considered rather advanced and global as well. The first technique writers use that of a good lead, which is likely to attract the attention of a reader and get them interested in reading the writing. A second technique employed in advanced writing is the metaphors rule, which is meant to paint a picture for the reader thus create in an instance in which the reader can relate to the story in certain writing (Brennan, 2017). For instance, writing the ballroom dancer floated around the room instead of she danced around the room, creates a better and more intriguing image for the reader, thus capturing the reader’s attention. Also, among the advanced writing techniques used in writing is multi-strand plotlines, a good writing contains more than a single strand plotline, where it increases the instances of conflict in writing to maintain the attention of a reader (Brennan, 2017). 

Similarly, the use of the powerful word is also an important writing technique that captivates and causes the reader to be emotional about certain writing. For instance, writing something like “I would love to have those shoes” and “I would kill for those shoes” causes the reader to paint a picture of killer shoes with the latter phrase. Another advanced technique would be for a writer to eliminate adverbs for a much catchy word such as dashed instead of run quickly. Besides, advanced techniques in writing entail the elimination of needless words, which tend to make sentences longer thus boring for the reader. Another technique in writing entails making the story interconnected to the leads used at the beginning to have a flow that the reader can understand and appreciate. Lastly, as a writer, one needs to keep up with the changes in language, to write work that is relevant and can attract readership (Brennan, 2017).
