Second, with a global health pandemic impacting on how people work, lot of inequality issues and racial injustices, organizations will shift more towards speaking about social issues. Third, people are the number one resources to the organization, and as a result, more interest will be placed on workplace culture. Fourth, there will be a significant improvement in technology systems in the workplace. Organizations will put more efforts in acquiring better collaboration tools, build stronger IT platforms, remote connectivity platforms like VPNs and training employee more to equip them with the abilities to work remotely at home or their preferred locations. Fifth, the COVID-19 pandemic will push further the demands for employers to provide better health care for its workers. Lastly, the pandemic has also changed business models significantly, and this means that the employers will have more caution when hiring and will be keener on having people work from home.
