Luther demonstrated charismatic leadership through his act of determination. He used to lead civil rights movement activists in an idealistic manner, reminding them of the importance of racially-integrated society. Luther utilized peaceful demonstrations and the justice system in pursuit of achieving his goals. For instance, helping to organize marches from Selma to Montgomery to air grievances regarding segregated houses depicted his strong affliction against racism ( Vergauwe et al., 2018) . Despite harsh treatment from police and the American government's failure to heed to their desires, Luther was focused on accomplishing his vision ending racism ( Vergauwe et al., 2018) . Notably, he pushed for changes that could allow people of color to be offered similar privileges as Whites despite lack of support from former slaveholders.

Luther also used inspirational speeches while addressing his followers. Royer (2012) argues that Luther's inspirational speeches led to the realization of memorable oratories such as "I Have a Dream." Ihsan (2018) views that, Luther's speech of 1963 led to the spurring of people from all races to coordinate and push civil rights legislation due to his captivating speeches. As such, inspirational speeches helped in the development of confidence and trust among followers of charismatic leaders. For example, in business, using inspirational speeches encourages creativity, commitment, and hardworking among the staff.

In my personal life, important elements such as inspirational speeches and eloquent communication are important. For example, in school, I actively develop collaborative frameworks with other students in co-curricular and curriculum activities. I have been writing inspirational articles that have helped create teamwork in our school in sports and academics. Secondly, I have created a back-channel chat platform that allows my fellow students to participate in verbal or text conversation. The platform allows both introverts and extroverts to discuss issues affecting learners. The method encourages inclusivity and encourages other classes to be a part of the group.

Charismatic leadership skills learned from Luther affect how I address issues that affect the society either currently or in the future. Usually, learning the importance of communicating eloquently is quite informative. In my career path, I have learned that charismatic leadership positively influences my followers and improves their confidence. Similarly, inspirational speeches enabled me to learn the need to use persuasive and motivating slogans. Such helps in imparting positive perception on my agenda among those I lead. Charismatic leadership facilitates the creation of trust, loyalty, and receive support from those I represent.

In conclusion, charismatic leadership is based on the psychological perspective since its attention is not only for the current leadership situation but also for future influence and implication in society. Through inspirational speeches, determination, and charismatic leadership, Luther has motivated many to join civil rights movements.
