The origins and historical perspective of Christian traditions and teachings unfold organically through time. Prevalent issues and concerns in the media and public discourse today include domestic violence, sexual immorality, drug abuse, among many more other vices. The aforementioned is similar to the early Christian communities' attitudes which used to lead an upright life following the teaching of Jesus as stipulated in the Bible. Immorality was considered a sin, and often those found guilty were to be stoned to death according to Moses's laws (Roy, 2015). Today, Christians commit unspeakable acts and even sin in the Church, and they are normalizing the trend to be new normal.

Traditional Christianity elements might convince an individual to search for Christianity. For instance, considering a phrase like "love your enemies as you love yourself" provides a pathway to acquiring peace for humanity. Traditional Christian teaching and beliefs benefit the public in shaping their moral behavior (Roy, 2015). The most important of the elements is humility since God loves people with humility. Following the interaction of the traditions with the modern culture has helped coexist peacefully as the moral values that shape the society are being upheld (Roy, 2015). However, certain traditional elements might discourse individuals searching for spirituality (Roy, 2015).In the current society leading an upright life that values all the teaching of Jesus is not easy. Therefore, traditional elements of not tolerating substance abuse issues, domestics among others, may be an obstacle for those seeking the spiritual path. Christians believe that God created heaven and earth, including everything in it, and the prophets were God's servants that were used to deliver His message to the people (HavardX, 2017). Christianity has spread in all continents, and they are connected with the common belief that Jesus is their savior (HavardX, 2017). The book World religions incorporate many aspects of different religions such as Islam, Hinduism, Christianity (Roy, 2015). Therefore the traditional Christianity requires all Christians to avoid behaviors that displease God but rather embraces the ones that please God (Roy, 2015). The new movements are emerging out of developed traditions and response to the drastic change of spiritual needs. Unlike in the past, Christians today are mocking the word of God, and His wrath is upon them.
