Woodbridge is a suburban city because the majority of its residents usually work in the nearby Washington D.C. According to the 2010 census, the Woodbridge community had a population of 4055 people. Woodbridge is one of the best places to live in Virginia. The majority of people in the Woodbridge community own their homes, with many young professionals living there. The community is characterized by many parks, movie theatres, and malls. In addition, the Woodbridge community is composed of diverse ethnicities with many people of color. In addition, the community embraces diversity and are welcoming with opportunities for all ages, gender, and race.

Challenges Associated with the Community
The Woodbridge community experiences a huge homeless challenge. Moreover, the cost of living within the community is high coupled with awful traffic. In addition, there prevails disunity among individuals within Woodbridge.
How I could Use the Community Strengths to Address the Challenges
I would use the community's strengths, such as having many parks and malls, to promote unity among members in Woodbridge. In addition, I would use the community's advantage of its proximity to Washington, D.C, to have the federal and state government to address the challenge of homelessness by constructing more affordable homes.
Group Skills I Would Use When Engaged in Organizational and Community Change
Some of the group skills I would employ include effective communication, relationship building, strategic and critical thinking. For instance, I would be an effective communicator through active listening and persuading members of a community or organization to embrace the desired change. In addition, I would ensure effective relations among members of a community and influence them to work as a team.
Macro-Practice Skills
Macro-practice skills include effective finance management, critical thinking, planning, and empathy ( Kirst-Ashman, & Hull, 2018) . I would use these macro-practice skills, such as efficient financial management, to help the community address the issue of homelessness. In addition, planning would be an effective skill to help solve the challenge of homelessness by ensuring appropriate plans are adopted.
