Introduction

The Philadelphia Fight that the interviewee was engaged with is an HIV&AIDS service organization based in the state county of Philadelphia offering consumer education, research, advocacy, and primary care to persons living with the disease. The entity started as a partnership of individuals living with HIV &AIDS and health care practitioners that offered their help to them ( Alvarez-Hernandez & Choi, 2017). The interviewee worked as a medical case manager at Philadelphia Fight. The primary duties that she had were liaising between the clients and the providers on issues and barriers in medical treatments' progress. Her dream of working as a social worker was fulfilled when she landed the AIDS service organization's job.

The social worker's overall job and satisfaction and satisfaction strategies they use for self-care begin by being content and happy at what you do to offer the best service to the patients or clients ( Kirst-Ashman & Hull, 2018). The social workers taking care of themselves first to be at their best for their clients are the most effective and successful strategies that enhance social workers' work efficiency and experience.

My thoughts and feelings of the Philadelphia fight and the social work they oversee are critical components in the social set up. They need to be supported by people volunteering their time and resources to partner with to maximize health interventions' quality. Promoting health education and awareness on how HIV and AIDS in the mainstream and social media platforms would increase the reach and impact of Philadelphia Fight.

During the interview, some of the social work values and ethics from a professional and humanity perspective were evident in the interviewee's conduct and demeanor. A passion, commitment, and dedication to work with people that started as a childhood dream can be seen from the interviewee ( Read the Code of Ethics,2020) . This even compelled her to change her majors to suit what was in line with was she intended to do and accomplish in her professional field of practice. Empathy and concern for the patients by solving the barriers and challenges to treatment that they faced to the best of her ability is a critical aspect of the social work values.

Social and economic justice at the Philadelphia Fight has been observed through reaching out and helping the less fortunate in the society to assess good health care service and support in dealing with HIV & AIDS. Employment and empowerment through the programs and services that are offered can help to bridge the gap between those that can afford better healthcare management of HIV/AIDS and those that cannot ( Defining Economic Justice and Social Justice, 2020). Making healthcare available to all irrespective of whether they can afford it or not exemplifies the social justice agenda that the agency intends to perform.

Conclusion

The interviewee seems to be conscious of the cultural competence required for social workers since she wanted to work with people in offering healthcare community-based services that improve the quality of life. Working towards the betterment of every client or patient's situation irrespective of race, gender, religious inclinations, or class was the primary concern for the medical case manager at Philadelphia Fight. Partnering with the community towards achieving societal-based objectives requires that one is at their best to the best. This is a lesson that the interviewee learned at an early stage at the onset of professional pursuits.
