I currently hold an undergraduate diploma in safety management and have worked in the industry for two years hence I am hands on with my roles having fully interacted with the new government safety standards. Over the two years, I have learned how to implement organizational policy alongside industry expectations and government standards to ensure every staff member plays their role in providing workplace safety. 

I have excellent communicative skills and highly technical expertise that will come in handy to help me to work directly and indirectly with both the management employees towards changing or maintaining an appropriate behavioral culture that is aware of the workplace safety risks and respective mitigation approaches. 

I am also capable of instituting both long-term and contingency plans that address natural and humanmade disasters. Working with the OSHA standards, first aid, and emergency response, I ensure that staff and management know their role in emergency response and preparedness and partnership with local authorities in case our capacity is limited by on the impending crisis.
