In the professional field, psychology will help me to develop desirable leadership skills. As a leader, I have learned to offer clear and transparent guidance by allowing the people I am leading to speak out their thoughts. When it comes to problem-solving in my profession, I have learned that I always voice out all possible solutions with all my working mates am no withhold any contribution running in my mind. As a manager, psychology teaches me to focus on fostering ideas from my teammates and constantly learning to reward their creativity ( Baumeister, 2020 ). Further, when talking with my teammates at the workplace, psychology will help me establish proper communication ( Baumeister, 2020 ). To effectively communicate my message, I need to foster the right verbal and non-verbal signals and understand other people's non-verbal communication signs. Psychology has taught me to maintain eye contact with my fellow teammates, check out for non-verbal cues from my teammates, and how to use intonation to bring out the message with the magnitude it carries.

Additional advantages of practicing psychology include developing outstanding analysis and observational capabilities, the potential to be a more assertive communicator, and the mastery of the art of dispute solving ( Baumeister, 2020 ). Education and psychology are inextricably linked. Psychology is the study of behavior or the science of conduct, and education is the adjustment of behavior in a desirable way or a supervised environment.

In the learning field that I am pursuing, I will run into scenarios that will require me to apply a psychology concept. I do not need a degree to cope with these conditions correctly; only a few simple tips would suffice. By idea, psychology is the study of the mind and behavior ( Slavin, 2019 ). Social, clinical, investigative, personality and other sub-fields of education are among them. Since I can meet various individuals along the way, such as a peer, coworker, customer, manager, and others, being able to discern their way of thought and actions is a vital ability to communicate with them. Learning psychology also ensures I will be able to better communicate with my trainers and instructors. I can gain a greater understanding of each person's interests and personalities through effective communication ( Slavin, 2019 ). This is a decent way to advance in a career or even get promoted. Apart from that, it will assist me in making correct decisions and improving my memory.

Psychology will make me live a happy life by motivating me and enhancing my teamwork and listening abilities. Psychology can aid in my ability to read other people, allowing me to interact with them more effectively. It also helps me remember things better and make better choices. A psychologist is empowered to assist individuals to grow and establish their decision-making, anger control, and emotions by comprehending earlier behavior and estimating possible behavior through this kind of clinical experience. Psychology helps us to have a deeper understanding of the working of our bodies and souls. As we have described, the subject helps in time control, target setting and achievement, and practical living. Clinical, counseling and school psychologists are expected to rise at a higher rate than the average for all professions from 2016 to 2026. Jobs increases can be driven by increased demand for psychological care in schools, hospitals, mental health centers, and social welfare providers.
