Networking is crucial in that it facilitates in exchanging ideas. While most people focus on remaining up-to-date by reading news concerning the industry or advancing their education, interacting with other people makes it possible to gain increased knowledge. Receiving fresh ideas from other people makes it possible to introduce them in the workplace while at the same time assisting in remaining updated on the developments and trends within the industry. This is healthy for the state of employment while at the same time facilitating professional growth. Networking also avails new opportunities. While networking makes people more visible today, it also offers new doors, such as recruiters approaching an organization for job openings and realizing opportunities for advancing careers (Karrera, 2017) . The opportunities do not just manifest as new jobs, but they might allow individuals to meet important people in the industry, which can change their career’s course.
What strengths do you believe you possess as a leader? Weaknesses?
Adaptability serves as one of the strengths possessed. For an agile work setting, it makes it possible to produce adaptable workers who emerge as effective leaders. It is essential to adapt to emerging conditions while learning quickly in an effort to meet the challenges of today’s business environment. Adaptability makes it possible to keep up with emerging innovations in methodologies and technologies that produce positive results. Capacity for involving others also serves as a core strength. Due to the pace through which new decisions and issues are emerging, collaboration becomes crucial. It is not possible to handle the process of making decisions alone, hence the need for working as a team. Collaborating with others offers an ideal avenue for handling challenging problems (O'Keefe, 2018) . This offers other individuals an opportunity for developing themselves and contributing to the decision making process.

By contrast, a major weakness relates to low experience. Lack of experience serves as a key glaring issue. Irrespective of the capacity to learn quickly, it is not probable to replace the knowledge attained from addressing numerous problems acquired for many years. Failure to focus also serves as a weakness, particularly due to the veracity associated with the current workplace. As opposed to selecting limited objectives and adhering to them, it is possible to lose focus when peripheral issues emerge, which might not be quite important. An additional weakness relates to comparing to others. Requirement for results contributes to the need for comparing with others (O'Keefe, 2018) . Measuring success and growth against the ones of colleagues presents challenges when it comes to handling matters in an effective manner.

One of the major ways of enabling other individuals to emerge successful revolves around communicating a powerful vision. To ensure that individuals remain committed to a particular goal, it is crucial to ensure that they have understanding of the reasons why they work. They need to realize the importance of the roles they perform and the purpose of spending considerable amounts of hours handling certain tasks. Focusing on ensuring that other persons become successful is also crucial. Leaders should ensure that appropriate persons work for them by making sure that they have the ideal temperament, competencies, and drives for realizing success. Delivering positive outcomes drives other individuals toward success. Leaders failing to produce outcomes do not remain in their positions for long (Monarh, 2016) . Traits, including persistence, decisiveness, and follow-through change environments and contexts constantly, leading to successful operations of people within their organizations.
Reflection Assignment
For the selected career, which is Human Resource Management, I believe that it is quite marketable in the present organizational environment. HRM plays a crucial role with it comes to allowing organizations to secure candidates who have the capacity for driving the mission and vision of their organizations forward in such a manner that their performance, productivity, and competitiveness grows within the marketplace. In terms of the labor market, numerous individuals are seeking for openings in the field because of the job security that it offers in line with the growing demand for companies that seek to remain relevant in the marketplace by recruiting talented and capable workforces. The income range of the HRM career is satisfactory among job applicants while individuals with training and education in the field have increased chances of securing jobs, which guarantee then job security in the future.
For the HRM career, I have realized that it is prone to various benefits and challenges. When it comes to benefits, the career ensures that companies are capable of securing candidates who meet the requirement for the positions available. Furthermore, the individuals seeking opportunities in the field are assured of job security, particularly when they lay considerable emphasis on advancing their existing knowledge and skills in the field to remain updated on the prevailing trends. On the other hand, the HRM career is prone to a number of challenges, which affect both employees and the organization. For instance, in the event of the staff handling the HRM role, they are subject to issues related to burnout mostly because they need to keep searching on the trends in the marketplace together with the talents that can match those needs.
The HRM career matches the skill sets, personality, and value systems in a comprehensive, thoughtful, and concise manner. Here, I believe that making sure to meet all the requirements that the career requires ensure that a person becomes a successful HR professional capable of meeting the human resource needs of any organization. The career is best suited for my choice since I prefer being in a position whereby I interact with individuals from different backgrounds to determine their interests and capabilities for pursuing the duties assigned to them. Overall, from the career path, the surprising fact that I have discovered it that organizations are incapable of working without human resource professionals since they serve as bridges to ensuring that companies secure the best candidates capable of driving their vision forward.
