Healthy children who are free from preventable diseases is the dream of every parent. The most prudent way to achieve that is through vaccination. Notably, the merits of vaccination are numerous. Importantly, vaccination protects young ones against fatalities, including amputations of limbs, brain damage, convulsion, paralysis, hearing impairment, and eventual death. Vaccination has largely contributed positively to improved healthcare by limiting the fatalities mentioned above. However, it is saddening to note that some forms of vaccines do not work per the theory. Studies have shown that there is a group of vaccines that predisposes children to maladies and other fatalities related to health. In this paper, I will draw inspiration from Doctor Marcelo’s work, to prove that some vaccines have dire side effects that culminate in health deterioration; hence, such vaccines are counterproductive (Hotez, 2019). I will point out a significant observation made by Helen Ratajczak on the prevalence and occurrence of autism. The scientist took the mantle to review all publications on autism since its discovery in 1943 (Hotez, 2019). It is essential to point out that no pioneer health providers had attempted to pursue the matter.
The review proved pivotal primarily because it established a connection between the rampant autism encephalitis and vaccination. Dr. Marcelo peer-reviewed Ratajczak reports on the connection between vaccines and autism. He discovered that the rate of autism infection has incredibly skyrocketed from 1 in every 10,000 children in the mid-20 th century to 1 in every 110 children in the United States (Campbell, 2016). However, there exists a minute disparity in the percentage of emerging cases as a result of different statistical sources. In Great Britain, 0.01% of children suffer from one or more forms of autism disorders (Campbell, 2016). Ratajczak argues that increased rates are not as a result of inferior diagnostic methods employed in the 1940s, reclassification, or dynamism in blood screening but the credible first-hand facts (Miller $ Reynolds, 2009). The previous spectrum of studies did not focus on the detrimental impact of vaccines. There has been a fallacious belief that the brain is immune- activation free courtesy of brain-drain barrier. Recent studies have contradicted the popular belief as the minute immune cells have been shown to penetrate the brain hence activation by vaccination.
However, the brain has unique protective cells; the microglia. The tiny cells dormant sit and wait for any form of stimuli activation (Miller $ Reynolds, 2009). Studies have revealed that vaccines are the most potent activators of microglia. Immune activation culminated in the activation of brain cells. The scope of the activation pathways is extensive and not tackled by this paper. The intensity of the brain reaction is dependent on the extent of immune system stimulation.
The horrors of the modern-day vaccines lie in the fact that the pathological brain activation is due to exposure to prolonged brain activation. Activation of the brain by the vaccines have dire consequences (Hotez, 2019). The most notable one is the mobility of microglia secreting chemokine, cytokines, and radicals in an attempt to eliminate imaginary micro invaders. Quinolinic, as well as glutamic, secreted by microglia, are notable excitotoxin whose neuron damage is enormous. The fatalities of microglia are not spared in a free radical generation. An ear infection is brought about by the use of antibiotic treatment. Immunosuppressed children have been found to contain cytomegalovirus; an autism predisposing factor.
In writing this paper, several assumptions were inescapable. One that vaccines are the major autism causes. Ratajczak, in his review, pointed out that the usage of valproic acid, misoprostol as well as thalidomide impairs brain development of the fetus in pregnant women hence predisposing the brain to autism. Other autism predisposing factors besides vaccines are related to pregnancy immunosuppression, poor prenatal development, high susceptibility to infection, and a brain –drain defective barrier. The second assumption made in this paper is that though the autism causes seem myriads, there is a common factor that expounds on the tendency of brain degeneration.
Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride, the author of The Gut and Psychology Syndrome , has been instrumental in attempts to piece the pieces together (Dudley. et al., 2019). In an interview between Dr.Natasha and Dr. Marcelo, The former expounds on the consequences of birth control medication and antibiotics in a woman’s gut flora. The impairment is inheritable; hence, the woman jeopardizes the health of her fetus. The impairments, Dr. Marcelo argues, predispose children to autism. The last assumption that this paper makes is on Dr. Blaylock’s biochemical physiology. I assume that Dr. Blaylock’s biochemical physiology candidly reflects the gut flora impairment put across by Dr. Natasha McBride (Dudley. et al., 2019). Dr. Russell Blaylock is a certified neurosurgeon specializing in excitotoxin and, generally, the degenerative neural disorders.
The disorders project a broad spectrum of autistic disorders. Dr. Blaylock has attempted to create a unified theory that expounds on the cause of autism from the aforementioned predisposing factors.
