Classroom Environment
During the observations, the classroom had a positive, stress-free and calm environment that engaged the students and the teacher presenting a conducive learning climate. The teacher kept the students engaged in different learning processes that fostered higher critical thinking abilities among the students. The students could listen to the teacher throughout the lesson and interact during question and answer sessions. The questions and answers forum and discussion sessions drew student’s attention and focus during the lesson which in return made teaching interesting in the respective climate. The teacher maintained effective time management that induced a positive teaching environment and a stress-free climate as well. Students upheld discipline throughout the sessions encouraging the teaching practices and a positive teaching environment.
Instructional Strategies
Among the instructional strategies utilized in the observations include cooperative learning where the teacher could involve the students in raising suggestions during learning practices. Moreover, the teacher incorporated inquiry-based instructional strategy where he could pose thought-provoking questions to the students that could improve their learning skills and idea generation capabilities. Moreover, technology was involved in different computer-based lessons that actively engaged the students. In addition, they could use technology instructions could be used in recording results hence enabled the students to visualize various academic concepts (Strader, 2018).

Student Engagement Strategies
The teacher employed visualization strategy through explaining academic concepts through visual and practical experiences that improved student’s understanding of different concepts. In return, the teacher checked the understanding of the students through posing concept-based questions hence using the response from the students chosen randomly to examine the understanding of the students.
Differentiation Strategies
As defined by Stronge, (2018) different inquiries were presented to the students that reinforced high-order thinking skills. For instance, inquiries such as why the shadow changes its length improved the student’s critical thinking. Additionally, the teacher introduced debates that determined the thinking capacity of the students.
Use of technology resources
Various technological resources were employed in the teaching practice. For instance, the students used tablets to record results, used computers to learn data management concepts and took videos and photos as part of creative learning. Moreover, different educational programs were used that reinforced the learning of the students (Strader, 2018). The teacher effectively conducted the teaching practices in all the defined observations.
Feedback on observations
Consequently, my feedback based on the observations covered different practices effectively executed. First, regarding the students' engagement during the teaching practice, I congratulated the teacher on his effectiveness in engaging the students in different lessons. Moreover, the teacher had great behavior management capabilities such that there were no discipline issues in the class. For instance, the teacher effectively managed time during his lessons and ensured that the concepts necessary for the respective lessons were clearly understood within the given time frame. Consequently, my feedback included an excellent performance note on the identified areas.
Improvements along the observations
Furthermore, technology instructions were properly monitored during the practice such that the students could actively participate in the lessons and ensure they learned concepts and developed skills in the respective areas. As a result, I positively recommended the teacher for ensuring that the respective areas were effectively done and for perfectly engaging the students in different activities as well.
Coaching Strategies employed
Among the coaching strategies that would be recommended for this teacher include professional development that would require the teacher to engage in regular professional development programs that would improve his teaching practices in class (Stronge, 2018). Furthermore, effective instructional coaching would be relevant to the teacher. This is because the teacher demonstrates great efforts in engaging students and visualization approaches. Consequently, proper presentation of instructions in the classroom would positively impact his teaching practice. When the teacher develops effective instructional skills, he will give instructions in the class and effectively engage students in different learning activities hence improve the classroom environment creating a conducive climate for learning.
