The workers also cited that when this is the situation, they are unable to perform their duties well. This is among the objectives of the firm, and that is the reason the business found it better to have the decision implemented.
The employees reported that there are some times when one can have bad moods. This was reported to be a deterrent to efficiency in performing their duties. They said that if one's best music is playing, it will console him or her, and finally, the bad moods are eradicated.

There some cases when the music may contribute to adverse effects on the firm's productivity. For instance, the volume at which the music is played should be moderate ( Lesiuk, 2008) . The music should be varied based on the interests of the employees. There are disparities in favor of songs plaid in different employees. If the music is commonly plaid, whereby no original music like using headphones, then there should understand the difference if the latter is not adhered to, then there will be biasness, and this may bring about chaos in the firm. Through that, instead of the decision being helpful to the firm, it will contribute to its failure since some of the employees will be decimated and not part of the business.
In conclusion, following the findings of the research, it is vivid that the decision to have music in the working place has a great significance on both the business and the employees. It is due to the benefits that validate the decision. Given that a firm is profit-oriented, then it is advisable to pay attention on the needs of its employees. Many employees love music, and it is advisable for human resource management to adhere to that. Through this, they will fell much recognized and fell part of the company. Once this condition is created in the business, then individual productivity will have to increase. Once the productivity of an employee is enhanced, then the total output of the firm increase. In implication, the profit margins will be expanded, which the main objective of the firm.
