Personality identifies with our standard and fundamentally mental structures that give rules to people's decisions and behavior (Myers, 2016). It is in this way clear that personality is a gathering of individual considerations, practices, and feelings or sentiments that are exceptional to each person. These attributes are Open-mindedness, conscientiousness, and agreeableness. However, there is a trait makes me stand out, neither my siblings nor my parent shares it with me. Extraversion, I am extremely outgoing, social and energetic (Kline, 2014). The various report is in favor of personality assessment like Hourani states that; 'Psychometric appraisals can be a financially savvy and productive procedure for assessing individual and group adequacy, distinguishing training needs and choosing the right individuals (Myers, 2016). I concur with the outcome of these traits, and I embrace them.
